Introduction
For those of you unfamiliar with gaming hardware, a better GPU (graphics processing unit) or 3D card is needed to run a game more smoothly. BloodRayne 2 may be a remaster of an old game, but it is quite a demanding one. Therefore, it is recommended to use your more powerful GPU.

When you start up BloodRayne 2: Terminal Cut, you might notice that the drop-down menu doesn't allow you to change to your preferred 3D card. This may not be a problem if both your 3D cards are powerful, but it is not the case with mine. As you can see, there is no option to change other than my Intel card. However, I do have a better one that can run the game more smoothly.
Step 1: Locate the application.
Right-click on BloodRayne 2 from your Steam Library, choose Local Files, and then click Browse Local Files. This will take you to the location of the BR2 files via Windows Explorer. Keep this window open, as you will need to remember it later.

My game files are located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BloodRayne 2 Terminal Cut. There will be an application named rayne2. This is what launches the game.
Step 2: Setting high performance.
Select Settings (the gear-like button) from the Start menu. Then, choose System -> Display -> Graphic Settings. Under the "Choose an app to select preference" menu, select "Classic app". Then, click on the Browse button, and manually locate the rayne2 file. Click on it, and select Options.

Next, change the graphics specifications from "System default" to "High Performance". As you can see, this menu reveals both of my 3D cards and which one is which.
Step 3: Start the game
Now, you can use your more powerful 3D card from the game drop-down menu. For me, it's the NVIDIA one. Strangely, it still doesn't let you change to your other 3D card, with the powerful one being the only one in the drop-down menu. However, this matters not, since you won't be using the weaker one anyway.
Acknowledgements
I have never tampered with configurations before, so configuring the 3D card for the BloodRayne games was my first. If you played the first BloodRayne: Terminal Cut, the chosen 3D card must also be changed manually. Check out Einherjer's guide for that one, mostly using the same steps.

Both of us owes Velve's discussion for providing the solution. Have fun, and enjoy the remastered BloodRayne games.

SpecTeR, pretty weird. I'm sorry I can't help you, but maybe you just try to restart your computer?

Einherjer, yes i know how to change it from nvidia panel. i activated geforce experience background to see is my nvidia GT card working for the game i launch or is it the old intel one.
And i ve seen my GT card is used for all games. Probably all. The thing is:
When i go settings > display etc. i find the High Performance : Intel Hd,
and Low Performance : Intel Hd too. Same card for all options. And this is same for the games which allows you to set the graphic settings before it starts like Bloodrayne 2. When i click the option at choosing graphic card there, i see 2 things:
Intel hd and Intel hd again. My computer knows my Gt card. İt scanned, and getting used (i guess). Just can't show it :( .
Thanks for the help. Manually changing the Nividia configuration to force the game using the graphics card did the trick.
I know a few games that require the GPU to be changed. It also can be done within the Nvidia-settings of the GPU itself.

Good luck! During my years on Steam I've never played another game that requires the GPU to be changed manually tho, so I think this is quite rare.

Nice then, what matters most is how the game runs. My BR1 lags when it runs on my Intel card.

no, it is perfect. it doesn't require much though.

When you run the game, does it lag?
