If you're struggling to get that level because of the cat, know that it can be avoid.
During loading after death, made left, right and jump.
With a little luck you will arrive after the letter "F" which will prevent the cat to trigger.

Si vous avez du mal à passer ce niveau à cause du chat, sachez que celui-ci peut etre esquiver.
Durant le chargement apres une mort, faite : gauche, droite et sauter.
Avec un peu de chance vous arriverez apres la léttre "F" ce qui empéchera le Chat de se déclancher.

Spam jump while holding left arrow. As soon as you hear the jump sound hold right arrow while instead. Works 50% of the time. You have to quickly switch to right arrow

Parfois ça marche, mais il faut marteler plusieurs fois ces trois touches.

The same like Eviction Notice. There is no glitch I think. But who knows?

Thanks for the tip. I couldn't get it to work exactly how you described. I held down the right arrow and then jumped right before the loading screen ended, which caused a "super jump", giving a slight advantage in distance from the cat.
