1.) Start Storm Chasers.

2.) Navigate to Settings.

3.) Navigate to Graphics.

4.) Change the Game Quality to VERY LOW.

5.) Change the Anti-aliasing to X0.

6.) Change the Anisotropic Textures to OFF.

7.) Change the VSYNC Count to OFF.

8.) Change the Shadow Distance to OFF.

This guide will continue to be updated as new graphical settings come out, but for the time being, this is as lag-free as it gets, and hopefully it's lag-free enough for you to play.

LOWEST FPS: 7 FPS

AVERAGE FPS: 15 FPS

HIGHEST FPS: 20 FPS

This shows that although still a lot of lag, that you can play the game below the minimum required specs and still have a somewhat playable experience.
