Once you enter the Laboratory and Helena says she is looking for someone called Deborah, you will enter a corridor with a white-coated zombie. There will be two bathrooms, one to the left and one to the right. Each bathroom contains a basin of water which can be emptied with :cross:. The Serpent Emblem can spawn in either of the basins but beware, as emptying the other basin will spawn a Shrieker zombie.

2-4 Primitive Altar Entrance

Further into the Laboratory you'll head down a garbage chute. In the cavernous area you land in crawl under the two crawlspaces in front of you, then look into the water to your immediate left. The Serpent Emblem is submerged a few metres away from you.

In the cavernous area you will have to push a boulder out of your way. From here continue until you're standing under a wooden bridge. In the distance to your right slightly you will see the Serpent Emblem on the cave wall. You'll likely need to use a Sniper Rifle to hit it.

3-4 Underground Water Channel

In the area where Helena must cover Leon whilst he swims to land, there will be a series of bridges leading across the water. From where Leon gets out of the water, head back across these bridges to a corridor where you will find the Serpent Emblem sitting in a bucket. If you're playing as Helena you'll see this on your way through.

As you start the chapter, you'll be ushered into a shop by a soldier. Inside the shop you'll find the Serpent Emblem on a shelf against the wall. Shoot it quickly as you'll likely die if you stay in this room too long.

5-2 High-Rise Area

After encountering the helicopter, you'll go through a tight section before appearing near a wrecked military car and a lone zombie. To the left as you enter this area is a truck, the Serpent Emblem is in the back of the truck.

Nach der Szene mit Ada im Helikopter geht nach rechts. Danach seht Ihr einen Millitärzombie. 90 Grad nach links und Ihr schaut genau auf das Emblem.

5-2 High-Rise Area

After the helicopter crashes through the glass you're standing on, head towards the doors. To the right of the doors near the desk is a set of pigeon holes, the Serpent Emblem is sitting inside one.

5-5 Quad Tower Roof

After the third encounter with the boss you will have to climb up a metal staircase to the roof above. From the base of the stairs, look behind them through the bars. The Serpent Emblem is sitting just past the bars.

*Note that this is possible with Chris, however it may be quite awkward to do with just the handgun, as you are at a terrible angle and have terrible range.

When you finally reach the outer quarters of the large ship, look out and you'll see a small boat with a light flashing in your direction. Atop the boat is the emblem, using a rifle to shoot it makes this Serpent Emblem easier to earn.

After turning a valve to lower a ladder in one of the rooms later, you'll end up in a tight room, with stairs right in front of you. As you walk up the stairs, look between the separated steps to find the Serpent Emblem clearly visible.

4-4 Airspace over Aircraft Carrier

Can only be acquired with Piers.* After destroying the first container with explosives (at the end of the chapter), keep to the right as you track down the next container and hidden behind a tire on the floor is the Serpent Emblem. Find it quickly as there is a four minute timer on this section of the area.

This can be earned by both Chris and Piers but in different ways. As Chris, after Piers shuts off the fans for you you'll crawl through one and the Serpent Emblem is right in front of you. As Piers, find a grate on the floor of the platform and look through to see the emblem.

Zuerst schaltet Piers die Lüfter aus dann seht ihr es als chris. Als Piers könnt Ihr es durch einen Schlitz durch den Boden erkennen

After power is restored to the elevator and you reunite with your partner, open the 2-play door and look right. The Serpent Emblem is hidden atop the ceiling beams.
Nachdem Ihr die Elektizität wieder hergestellt habt und die Tür zu zweit geöffnet habt ist es im drauffolgendem Raum wenn ihr nach rechts schaut.

When escaping the large B.O.W for the second time, there will be a part where Chris must climb a rope and Piers must hold a door open for him. Directly after this, look down and left to find the Serpent Emblem hidden in the floor workings.

In one of the final sections of the game where you must pass along a breaking bridge. At the end before the final breakable obstacle, look to your right and shoot the Serpent Emblem attached to the wall. Do this with haste; the floor is breaking behind you and you could fall to your death.

Whilst riding the snowmobiles and escaping the avalanche, near the end of the ride, you must enter a cave. The Serpent Emblem is just before you enter the cave. Stick to the right, slow down and bit and the Serpent Emblem is on the ground (although it can blend in with the ground quite easily), simply drive over it.
