There are a total of 150 casual badge levels in a single tier for Team Fortress 2. In total, there are 8 tiers, which means that you would need to earn 1200 levels in order to reach the maximum badge level. That's some serious commitment. Instead of showing you all 150 badges in this guide, I've decided to put down the 'max' appearance of each badge level, which occurs every 5 levels before the design is reset

On the other hand, there are a total of 13 total competitive badge ranks in Team Fortress 2. You are only eligible for competitive if you have a premium TF2 account, a valid phone number linked to your Steam account, and have at least casual rank 3. You can also buy a competitive pass.
