Introduction

Hello everyone!

I found a solution for the infamous glitch of not unlocking the achievement Heart of Stone - Completely liberate Insula Striate.

After a desperate search on the internet for a solution, I couldn't fine one so I started a new game. Once most of the regions were liberated, I saved and tried many different variations.

It seems the FOV mission for Insula Striate needs to be done, so I did it just to be sure. The save file has only two military bases left for liberation (there are only few buildings left for destruction in them).

Liberation order

Make sure to liberate Costa Sud region first. After liberating it, it will say 11/13 provinces liberated, but don’t panic (I sure did)!

After that, liberate Falco region and the achievement should pop!

This achievement game me quite a headache and it was the last one I unlocked.

also with this save y can get "Feat Fetish" (just find soap box car) and "Supply and Demand" (help some one)

With as hard-locked as this achievement can become and as much as a grind-fest as JC3 is, I cannot understand how your guide has not been awarded everything (I know it's an old game but still. :) )

I stopped playing this buggy mess for years. I 100% the entire game thinking it would unlock this eventually. Of course it didn't.

I couldn't deal with the hours to regrind it. But, I've been on a kick to clear out my library of some games and this thing was mocking me :).

So, I started to play again this week and dreaded the soon to be time-sink missions to get back to the FOW. When I took a break for the night, I found this guide..

You have saved me so much time. Take my points, my up vote, and my thanks. I'll spread the word if I run into anyone else who is still trying to get this. Anyway, I'm sorry for gushing all over this comment board--but you deserve a Medici Service Medal for this.
