So, to do this exploit you need at least the sacrifice and kin artifacts, and the command artifact is probably about 99% preferred because it lets you choose your items. You can use any character in monsoon and win with this exploit. And with that, lets get into it.

So, you want to find an area that is preferably open, though this exploit works without one, and a nice tall thing that is preferably out of range of ice elites death iceplosion. Why I said you need kin is because if there is a ranged or flying enemy, this trick will not work because they will kill you. Beetle is preferable, but beetle guard could work.

Easy places are on this column in the desert place
and on the cube to the leftish in titan plains

So now you have a tall thing where the enemies can't get to you. Next you just want to go afk for a little while. This will allow the timer to increase and the enemies to spawn and clump around your tall thing. Once you check back in 3 mins or so there should be a nice amount of enemies around your tall thing. KILL THEM. You will likely get some white items/essences and some green items/essences. For white I prioritized like this:
Tougher Times x100 or more, > Soldier's Syringe, ~75 of them, > Focus crystal, ~20 if you are melee or short ranged, none if you aren't, > and lastly whatever other item you may want.
Make sure to get a gasoline somewhere in there, it will help with the clumps of enemies.
Green items are ordered like so:

x3 or more hopoo feathers so that you can get on your tall thing easier, > old guillotine x40 or so to help with the tele, > fuel cell x70 or so to make your equip spammable, and then predatory instincts or berserker pauldron x10 or so.
Make sure to get a wisp in a bottle somewhere in there, it will help with the clumps of enemies.
And for an equip I took the bladesaw, it is very overpowered when spammed, but you can take any equip. If you grab a different equip than mine, make sure to grab the right amount of fuel cells to make it nice and spammable. But whatever you do, don't get the preon accumulator. It takes forever to actually shoot the ball thing, and we want spammable things, they can do more damage per second.

Ah, yes.
Red items. Here's their order:
Tesla coil if you want to afk farm, > Brainstalks to make non-afk farming easier, > Happiest mask to make the rest of the run easier, > wake of vultures, > every other red item.

Oops, I almost forgot golden items.
The imp lord's item, > Magma claw, > Queen's gland > all the others.
