Introduction
though this game has been out for a few years the only real help with how to obtain the achievements for this game has truly been located here[forums.runicgames.com] which both is, and is not helpful (searching for specifics is a pain, and some details are not exactly accurate based on experience)
if you look "yes" as of writing I do not have all of the achievements. 3 words "FISHING SUCKS HARDCORE"
Pre-list notes
  • in order for any of these to count you CANNOT be in offline mode (the achievements are validated by either Steam, or Runic servers not sure which), or marked as invisible (when marked as invisible game seems to act as though in offline mode)
  • counting events (do thingX Y times) trigger of zone-out (going through a portal, or taking stairs), or exiting game. notification appears in bottom right of screen.
  • single action events should trigger immediately. notification appears in top right of screen.
  • some of the information given in achievement descriptions is not true (I will note these where this happens)
  • the hardcore achievements (Hardcore Victor, Hardcore Hero, Hardcore Champion, Hardcore God) require you to actually be on the difficulty when you beat Ordrak, and do not accumulate (beating of Very Hard Hardcore will not give you and of the other 3)
  • the Defeat Ordrak on X difficulty (Beast Slayer I, Beast Slayer II, Beast Slayer III) are cumulative (beating the game on Very Hard will give you all 3)
  • the reach floor X achievements actually require you to use the stairs down on that floor number, so even though the main dungeon has 35 floors it only actually counts as 34 floors for the journal, and the achievements
  • baring a few exceptions cumulative achievements are across multiple play-throughs

  • the list is broken up into 3 part (non-equal) because there is apparently a character limit for a given section (it would have been 1 section otherwise), but it does make it a little cleaner to look through.
Story/difficulty (automatic) achievements
The Adventure Begins : Find the entrance to the mine
Notes: from the start of the game go to the left. help with the enemies. get the quest, and enter the mine (achievement granted when the 1st floor loads)

Over the Brink : Defeat Brink
Notes: self explanatory. Found on floor 4.

A Lich to Scratch : Defeat the Overseer
Notes: self explanatory. Found on floor 8.

Tree Hugger : Defeat the Root Golem
Notes: self explanatory. Found on floor 16.

When this Town's a Rockin' : Defeat the Ember Colossus
Notes: self explanatory. Found on floor 20.

Big and Green and Dead all Over : Defeat Krag
Notes: self explanatory. Found on floor 24.

Purple People Defeater : Defeat Medea
Notes: self explanatory. Found on floor 29.

Only a Master of Evil : Defeat Alric
Notes: self explanatory. Found on floor 34.

difficulty
Beast Slayer I : Defeat Ordrak on Easy or Normal
Notes: self explanatory, but this will also count if you are on a higher difficulty (hardcore, or not)

Beast Slayer II : Defeat Ordrak on Hard
Notes: self explanatory, but this will also count if you are on a higher difficulty (hardcore, or not)

Beast Slayer III : Defeat Ordrak on Very Hard
Notes: self explanatory

Hardcore
Perfect Victory : Defeat Ordrak with no deaths
Notes: self explanatory. automatic if you beat the game on hardcore you will get this achievement. though you can get it on non-hardcore.

Hardcore Victor : Defeat Ordrak on Easy Hardcore
Notes: exactly what it says, and only if you are on easy. this does not count if you are on a different difficulty

Hardcore Hero : Defeat Ordrak on Normal Hardcore
Notes: exactly what it says, and only if you are on normal. this does not count if you are on a different difficulty

Hardcore Champion : Defeat Ordrak on Hard Hardcore
Notes: exactly what it says, and only if you are on hard. this does not count if you are on a different difficulty

Hardcore God : Defeat Ordrak on Very Hard Hardcore
Notes: exactly what it says, and only if you are on very hard this does not count it you are on a different difficulty
Chores
Deep Delver : Reach the 50th floor of a dungeon
Notes: self explanatory, but since the standard dungeon is only 35 floors (counts as 34) this requires the Shadow Vault to complete, and does not accumulate across multiple play throughs. You have to actually touch floor 51. if you are not going back to get quests, and are still gaining levels it should take between 20-40 minutes (real time depending on floor type, and how meticulous you are in reading/deciding items) to clear each vault floor, so this will take a bit of time(days) to complete.

True Delver : Reach level 100
Notes: this is actually miss-worded this actually refers to floor number, so like “Deep Delver” this actually requires you to touch floor 101. if you are not going back to get quests, and are still gaining levels it should take between 20-40 minutes (real time depending on floor type, and how meticulous you are in reading/deciding items) to clear each vault floor, so this will take a bit of time(days) to complete.

Angler : Catch 50 fish
Notes: self explanatory. You must actually catch that many fish combined fishing hole. finding, or buy fish does not count.

Fisherman : Catch 100 fish
Notes: self explanatory. You must actually catch that many fish combined fishing hole. finding, or buy fish does not count.

Fisher King : Catch 1000 fish
Notes: self explanatory. You must actually catch that many fish combined fishing hole. finding, or buy fish does not count.

Sorcelator's Servant : Transform your pet into a Mimic
Notes: this requires you to use a Pocketfish on your pet. Any size will do. if not using mods this is a chore because of random

Enchantment Overload : Successfully enchant one item 10 times
Notes: not entirely self explanatory. These must be consecutive enchantments. Not impossible in vanilla, but very, very, very difficult to get. easiest with enchantment shrines, but still might be frustrating considering that in the vanilla game an enchantment shrine has a 40% disenchant at 9 enchantments, so I suggest a mod for this see the modding sections for details

The Need for Greed : Suffer 20 disenchants from the enchanter
Notes: self explanatory, and highly doable in the vanilla game considering how quickly the disenchant percentage climbs for the enchanter. Though a mod would be beneficial to this see the modding sections for details

Bum Luck : Have an item disenchanted on the first enchantment attempt
Notes: self explanatory, and exacting (it must be specificity the first attempt with the item). This is doable in vanilla, but will sink quite a lot of money hopping for a disenchant of an item see the modding sections for details

Questor : Complete 200 Quests
Notes: completely self explanatory. This achievement is cumulative across multiple play-throughs. There are approximatly 33 “required” storyline quests + 7 ember quests + up to 22 Trill-Bot 4000 kill quests + 8 Hatch quests. Comes up to 70 quests in the main dungeon (the ember quests, and Trill-Bot quests can be skipped, or missed, so might end up with a lower number before going into the Vault) in the Vault per level there are 3 quests per floor (1 ember, 1 find item, 1 Gor) meaning that if you get/complete every quest in the main dungeon you need at least 44 vault floors to get this on your first character. There are mods that will lower the number of Vault floor quests needed see the modding sections for details

Down the Hatch : Complete 50 Hatch Quests
Notes: this only counts quest given by Hatch, and only counts upon return for reward. A hatch quest is unlocked each time you get an exert from Alric's Journal (after killing Brink), and when you unlock the first Waypoint. There are only 8 Hatch quests per play-through, so that is a minimum of 6 play-throughs going all the way to the Dark Palace Timeset+ touching The Crypt Tileset once. So if you want a high majority of the achievements that is 1 play-through per differently on Hardcore (assuming you don't die) + 2 and a little additional play-throughs just for this achievement.

Pension Plan : Achieve player level 65
Notes: completely self explanatory. Just get to character level 65.

The Long Haul : Achieve player level 100
Notes: incorrect this achievement is actually to reach the level cap (it defaults to level 100 without mods) if you are using a mod that changes the level cap then this achievement immediately changes in difficulty. See the modding sections for details

Tormented : Die 500 times
Notes: completely self explanatory (that's the problem). This does accumulate across multiple playthoughs. This is a chore, and should not be attempted on hardcore. The easiest answer is on NON-hardcore to find a difficult floor, and then just sit at the stairs up, and let the monsters kill you until you reach 500 deaths. There is a mod that can easily help you with this see the modding sections for details

Supreme Slayer : Kill 50,000 monsters
Notes: self explanatory with anywhere from 30-120 monsters on a single floor this could easily be done while trying to do the floor 100 achievement.

Potion Whiz : Drink 5,000 potions
Notes: self explanatory, but definitely a chore. I found the best place to work on this is on a crypt floor in one of the floor entrance rooms (points south-east) has 2 downward stair cases coming from the entrance door, and then a straight section with flame throwers. The flamethrowers seam to spit every 4-5 seconds, and the cooldown between health potion uses is 4 seconds, so effectively every time the flame spits if you wait a second then trigger the health potion you don't have to sit there hammering the use potion button. I still suggest that you have a good defense stat, and a good number of points in the “Adventurer“ skill. The good news is that giving your pet potions also counts toward this achievement, and the cool-down applies separately to your pet, and you
Chores (continued)
Cash for Trash : Sell 10,000 items to vendors
Notes: not exactly self explanatory (apparently whenever you send your stuff away with your pet it just runs off buries the stuff then comes back with money somehow) this is a chore given that each your, and your pet's inventory both hold 21 item stacks a piece this means that even if you reserve 1 slot for health potions (just in case) this would still require a minimum of 477 trips to a vendor with both your, and your pet's inventory full to get this. Now on top of this I have some good, and bad news. The good news the vendors in the middle of dungeon floors count as vendors, so selling to them helps in this. The bad news it counts the stacks of items not the number in the stack, so a stack of 20 mana potions only counts as 1 item, and this is made even more special when you drop a stack of an item it maintains being a stack of the same quantity.

The Horse Whisperer : Achieved enlightenment by speaking with the horse 100 times
Notes: self explanatory. The horse is located on the far right of the town next to the reclamation brothers. Essentially you just click on the horse to talk to it, and then after 100 times doing this (might want to keep a tally) you will get the achievement.
Other Achievements + How To part 1
Master Smasher : Smash 1500 Breakables
Notes: this only counts things destroyed through any melee damage (like any destroyer special ability), or any standard (non-spell, non-special ability) ranged damage. best suggestion is a Destroyer. with 10-50 destroyables (barrels, urns, baskets) you should be able to get this by the time you complete the main dungeon, or within a few floors of the Vault

Beast of Burden : Fill your pet's inventory
Notes: pretty self explanatory. The characters, and the pets inventory both hold 21 items, so pick up 21 differently named items, and give them to your pet, or have your pet pickup items until the game tells you that its inventory is full.

Rich : Collect 250,000 gold
Notes: just walk around killing things, and collecting money on the ground, and from kills the "Treasure Hunter" skill is highly benefitial for this.

Deep Pockets : Have 100,000 gold in your inventory
Notes: this requires a minimume of that amount to be in your inventory (the number bellow the item grid), so purchases/deaths(with respawn at start of floor) count against this

Gibbed : Blow 25 enemies to pieces with critical strikes
Notes: this is self explanatory, but requires the final blow to be from a critical strike. I think the default percentage for a critical is 10%, so the "Critical Strikes" skill is beneficial to this.

Epic Strike : Do at least 10,000 damage to an enemy in a single strike
Notes: this is not impossible in the vanilla game, but it does require you to increase your damage stat(s) pretty high, and have some high powered weapons. See the modding sections for details

Pet Trainer : Equip a spell on your pet
Notes: self explanatory. Actually place the spell on the spell slot of the pet. I ended up wasting like 3 spells trying for this.

Shape-Shifter : Change your pet by feeding it fish
Notes: completely self explanatory (save for improper wording). You only need to feed your pet 1 transformation fish of any size to get this. The stat mod fish do not count

Transmogrifier : Permanently transform your pet
Notes: this requires either the largest size transformation fish, or just a “catfish”/”dogfish”. the vendor that sells identify scrolls also sells catfish, and dogfish.

Fetch a Fair Price : Send your pet to town
Notes: completely self explanatory. The button is in the top right of your pets information (located in the top left of the screen).

Sir Mixes-a-lot : Successfully create 25 items using the transmuter
Notes: completely self explanatory. I find it funny that it says “successfully” as there is no real failure as long as you have the recipe. This is easily doable in vanilla by getting greens/blues/golds, and turning them into gems, and then transmutting the gems together. If coulpled with the gambling achievements you can “work” on “cash for trash” more. There are some mods that can help with this see the modding sections for details

Gambling Enthusiast : Gamble 20 times
Notes: self explanatory (this actually just counts every item purchased from Duros) so even if you buy, and sell the same item to him repeatedly. Given that your inventory holds 21 items if you hold a slot for health potions that gives 20 available slots for this, so fill your inventory once, and your done.

Gambling Addict : Gamble 50 times
Notes:self explanatory (this actually just counts every item purchased from Duros) so even if you buy, and sell the same item to him repeatedly. Given that your inventory holds 21 items if you hold a slot for health potions that gives 20 available slots for this, so fill your inventory 2.5 times, and your done.

Gambling Fiend : Gamble 100 times
Notes:self explanatory (this actually just counts every item purchased from Duros) so even if you buy, and sell the same item to him repeatedly. Given that your inventory holds 21 items if you hold a slot for health potions that gives 20 available slots for this, so fill your inventory 5 times, and your done.

Mod Squad : 1 game mod installed
Notes: just requires you to install 1 mod, and load a character to get this you can remove the mods after if you so choose. See the modding sections for details

Mod Maniac : 5 mods installed at the same time
Notes: just requires you to install 5 mods, and load a character to get this you can remove the mods after if you so choose. See the modding sections for details

Modpocalypse : 10 mods used at the same time
Notes: just requires you to install 10 mods, and load a character to get this you can remove the mods after if you so choose. See the modding sections for details

Lucky Gambler : Gamble a unique item
Notes: completely self explanatory. This actually uses the games find unique item value, but this is completely doable in vanilla.

Passing the Torch : Retire a character
Notes: completely self explanatory

Noble Lineage : Retire two characters
Notes: completely self explanatory

Line of Kings : Retire over 300 levels worth of characters
Notes: completely self explanatory, but 300 exact works to. In vanilla this would require a minimum of 3 characters reaching character level 100, but if you have a level cap modifying mod then this might only require 1 character. See the modding sections for details

Ka-Chunk! : Pull 100 levers
Notes: completely self explanatory. This is completely doable with 1 character (plungers in the Mine Tileset, and horns in the Prison Tileset also count)
Other Achievements + How To part
Price of Loyalty : Use 50 potions on your pet
Notes: completely self explanatory. The better news is that this also counts toward “Potion Whiz”

Superstar : Achieve maximum fame
Notes: completely self explanatory, and very similar to “The Long Haul” just dealing with fame. If you have a mod that changes the max fame cap then this achievement will be effected see the modding sections for details

Walkabout : Take 25,000 steps
Notes: completely self explanatory. This can easily be gotten in just completing the main game once.

Trolling for Punishment : Kill 25 champion trolls
Notes: not as self explanatory as they think. This achievement only seems to count the red, and green colored champion Trolls, and those are only really found on the Prison Tileset. There are mods that both help and hinder this see the modding sections for details

Wabam! : Kill 5000 Monsters
Notes: self explanatory with anywhere from 30-120 enemies on a single floor this could be accomplished well before finishing the main dungeon

Swift Execution : Defeat Ordrak in 8 hours or less
Notes: self explanatory avoid doing to many side things. You can still go into town to sell, and turn in quests, but avoid Hatch until after Ordrak, and don't do the map scrolls. Be sure to hit space bar when you want to look through your inventory, or level to be sure the your log clock stops. For some reason the clock is more likely to stop if you character is taking a step, or performing an action when spacebar is hit versus the character standing still. There are mods that can help, and hinder on this see the modding sections for details

Speed King : Defeat Ordrak in less than 5 hours
Notes: self explanatory avoid doing to many side things. You can still go into town to sell, and turn in quests, but avoid Hatch until after Ordrak, and don't do the map scrolls. Be sure to hit space bar when you want to look through your inventory, or level to be sure the your log clock stops. For some reason the clock is more likely to stop if you character is taking a step, or performing an action when spacebar is hit versus the character standing still. There are mods that can help, and hinder on this see the modding sections for details

Hat Trick : Beat the game with all three classes
Notes: not exactly true. I go this one after beating the game on easy standard with a destroyer, easy hardcore with a destroyer, and normal hardcore with a vanquisher, and then when I went to start a fourth game I got the achievement. Does require new game to be hit after beat the game the 3rd time.

Universally Understood : Complete 25 Gar Quests
Notes: self explanatory. He is located immediately south of the entrance to the shadow vault, and has 1 quest per floor of the vault, so you will need to do a minimum of 25 floors of the shadow vault to get this. This achievement does count multiple play-throughs, but if you are going for the 100 floor achievement then might has well do this at the same time.
Installing Mods
there are 2 methods for installing Mods
Mod Drop: this Runic Games mod lookup, and management system for Torchlight. this program is not required, but is useful to have, as it will download and install the file to where ti belongs.
there are concerns of Mod Drop being nosy (wanting linking of accounts with other services)

the other method is to do this manually. after the game is installed and launched once a file in your AppData will be created for being able to communicate data, and to have semi-persistent data.

The folder in question can be reached (On Windows) by opening a File Explorer window (as the user account that will be playing the game), and in the address bar type "%AppData%" (no quotes)
this might already be in Roaming/ which is where we want anyways but the path from %AppData% is Roaming/runic games/torchlight/mods
The mods folder is where the mod files will live. most will be obtained through a RAR type compressed package. Though it is possible to create your own mod files for the game to do what you want, I will not cover that here, but I will be pointing you to the Torchlight Editor that is included in your steam Library when you purchased this game (in your Library, go to the search bar, and search for "Torchlight" it might not be the most intuitive, but it does work.
Suggested Mods
this is not an exhaustive list, and I have not gone though every mod available (nor do I plan to) these are just the mods that worked well with me, and had vary minimal conflicts with one another.

Items Always ID + 99 stacking
items drop as identified (no need for identify scrolls (removes it from game), or the identify spell (though this still exists you can just ignore it). Also all potions, and Town Portal scrolls stack in 99
Why: don't have to deal with identify scrolls (when you pick the item up you can just look at it, and see what it is), and allows for you to have up to 99 health potions in a single stack at one time makes things like “Potion Whiz” easier (more in inventory at once)

Better Balanced Sale Prices
gives more money when you go to sell items back to merchants.
Why: allows for things to be sold for more money, so you can buy things, and at some point the item is worth more the purchasable, so you can buy/sell the same item infinite times for like “Cash for Trash”

Better Random Quest Rewards
gives better items as quest rewards
Why: typically only greens, and rarely blues are given as quest rewards if not the same items every time, so more variety to these rewards

Brighter Map
makes the map easier to see
Why: the typical map can be difficult to see at times.

Champions Mod
inserts more champions into the game, and a higher variety of champions
Why: typically there are few types of creatures that have champions, so this increases what types of monsters have champions.

Enemy Weapon Variety Mod
gives more variety in the types of weapons a enemy caries, and in turn the variety of weapons (types) you can get from a given enemy.

Epic Boss Maps
a map that is jam packed with Bosses, and champions (also a really great place to earn experience, and fame super quick.
Why: this is helpful for the “Tormented” achievement as it allows vary strong enemies, and you can just respawn at start of floor repeatedly until you have the achievement. Also this can help the “Super Star” because of how much fame is earned easily. For the purpose of “trolling for punishment” if you get multiple of the maps then you can go into them until you get the Prison Tileset, and then kill Trolls.

Fish Mash: Fish Transmutation
allows you to transmute fish to get to higher sized fish faster.
Why: allows you to combine fish of the same size, and type together to get 1 of the next bigger size to make it easier to get the permanent fish.

Gold Sharing Service
allows you to transfer gold from one character to another
Why: allows for you to store money away for say tormented so you are not completely broke.

Healthy Pet Mod: Very Healthy Pet
allows your pet to live longer at higher levels

Level and Skill Mod
allows your character to reach higher level (new max is 999), and higher fame level (new max 200) also introduces higher quality items that can be obtained.
Why: given that the shadow Vault monster level starts at 47 about, and increases by one to 2 levels every floor that means that by floor 30 you will be facing enemies that are over level 100 in difficulty (even in vanilla)
Note: most of the classes only need 860 some points to max out all skills even with this mod, and at max level you will have 1199 skill points total, so the level skills icon will never leave after level 660 something (depending on class)

Merchant Pack
introduces more merchants into the game one specializing in different types of items ( one specializing in gems, one in spells, one in map scrolls, one in fish)
Why: the fish vender always has dogfish, and catfish (to permanently change you pet), or with Fish Mash you can get up to a permanent fish as well.

Monster Name Booster
gives more variation in the names given to monsters (especially champions)

Monsters drop Unique + 100% Success Enchant
makes it so that monsters drop gold items, and that you never suffer a disenchant.
Why: makes “Enchantment Overload” a breeze (except for money), and with a small change “Bum Luck”, and “The need for greed” is simple

More Stash
places 10 more stash boxes around torchlight (none of them transfer to other characters, but it is more storage space to organize with)

No Item Requirements Needed
removes all item requirements. This allows you to give really powerful items to brand new characters.
Why: this allows for the speed run achievements to become a walk in the park.

Shaped Gems Complete
this mod is actually 2 mods packaged together "Shaped Gems", and "More Gems"
"Shaped Gems" was just making the base gems more defined.
"More Gems" added additional gem types to the game.
"Shaped Gems Complete" not only makes the base gem types more defined, but also adds the additional gem types from "More Gems" and makes them more defined as well.
(counts as 2) inserts 4 new gem types into the game, and makes the different sizes/qualities of all gems more distinctive.

Starch V2 – Leviathan
inserts a character into the game that gives you an additional shadow Vault quest per floor, and special dungeon that can be used for leveling.
Why: this makes the “Questor” achievement easier as it allows you to have 4 quests per floor of the shadow vault instead of 3, so instead of 44 floors you only need to do 33 floors to get it in 1 character, and then it also allows you to reach level higher character levels faster so that you won't have so much trouble with the higher numbered floors of the shadow vault

Total Respec mod
allows you to re-spend skill, and stat points by buying, and drinking potions, so if you made a misstake in spending, or want to try different things you can
Modding Suggested Mods
many of the mods available for download were created using TorchED. though for the changes, and alterations that I will suggest here you will not need this program, and as such all you will really need is a text editor(eg: notepad, notepad++).

none of these modifications are required to enjoy the game, and none are truly required to obtain any of the achievements. I will attempt to explain the reasoning for a modification before going into what the changes are, so you can skip over it if you don't feel you need the change.

All modifications that you will perform will be done to the file with “.dat” on the end (do not worry to much about that extension if something went wrong while performing the modification the game will crash before your saves are corrupted)

when you are done making a modification to the .dat file make sure that there is no .amd file of a similar name (sometimes they will have different capitalization), but with a “.AMD” extension delete that file for your change to truly be recognized by the game (this file will be re/created when the game starts, and everything will be validated at that point before the save files are referenced).

Items AlwaysID+99Stack
mod reason: have town portal scrolls stop appearing after a certain level of enemy (enemy level 20)
change made to: ...\mods\Items-AlwaysID_99Stack\Media\units\items\scrolls\TownPortalScroll.DAT
line 22
before: <INTEGER>MAXLEVEL:9999999
after: <INTEGER>MAXLEVEL:20

More Gem Types
mod reason: allow for gems to stack up to 4 (the maximum effect for transmutation), and so collecting multiple gems of the same size, and type at once does not use as much room in the inventory.
Change made to: ...\mods\MoreGetTypes\media\units\items\socketables\ each “.dat” 40 total
adding line after: <INTEGER>MINLEVEL:#
insert: <INTEGER>MAXSTACKSIZE:4

Shaped Gems Complete
mod reason: allow for gems to stack up to 4 (the maximum effect for transmutation), and so collecting multiple gems of the same size, and type at once does not use as much room in the inventory.
Change made to: ...\mods\ShapedGemsComplete\media\units\items\socketables\ each “.dat” 90 total
adding line after: <INTEGER>MINLEVEL:#
insert: <INTEGER>MAXSTACKSIZE:4

Monsters drop Unique + 100% Success Enchant
mod reason: allows for “The Need for Greed” and “Bum Luck” to be obtained easier
change made to: ...\mods\UniqueDrop&Enchant\media\GLOBALS.DAT
Note: I would suggesting just copying the file to like desktop
line22
before: <FLOAT>ENCHANTER_DISENCHANT_CHANCE:0.000000
after: <FLOAT>ENCHANTER_DISENCHANT_CHANCE:100.000000
Note: be sure to change this back, or replace once you have these achievements.

Level and Skills mod
mod reason: allows for the character to reach higher level faster
Note: this change is tedius, but very effective. Essentially you will gain 1 level for every kill until you reach level 400, and then it will take quite a bit of kills even at level, but once you reach level 401 you should level up as normal.
change made to ...\mods\LvlandSkillMod\media\graphs\stats\EXPERIENCEGATE.DAT
lines 7,11,15, and every 4 lines thereafter until line 1599
before: <FLOAT>Y:######
after: <FLOAT>Y: 399
Note on Rappid Leveling
this technically only applies if you are using either a rappid leveling mod, or performing the "modding suggested mods" to do the same (one level per kill)

when you're applying your stat points the screen does not only respond to left click, but also right click as well, and can actually respond to bolth at once. so say that you have 1000 stat points to spend instead of sitting there, and clicking left click 1000 times (dividing them as you see fit) you only really need to do (left click, and right click at the same time) 500 times

though the same is only somewhat true for the skills screen. the screen does respond to both mouse buttons, but if you attempt to do them both at the same time the game will get slightly confused: subtracting 2 points from the spendable pool, but only applying 1 point to the skill. the "funniest" part of this was that it would not make this error every time, but instead almost randomly.

the way that I saw this was by rappid leveling from 1 to 999 then speed spending the points(using both left and right click to spend the points), and then realizing I made a small mistake while buying skills then used a potion of respec to find that I had only 3 quartars the amount of skill points.

it is about defeating the final boss in less then 5 hours, so technically the entire main dungeon, but only needs to be done with a single character.
there are things you can do to setup for it if you are not using mods, like collecting items for the run on other characters and putting them in the stash.

Does defeat in less than 5 hours refer to the entire game, or to specific saved characters?

Guys, I spent 4 hours to get to the partal in the Tuotara caves
I press teleport, the game freezes (blue screen), I reboot, but the character is not there
The save was simply deleted, has anyone encountered this?

For Potion Whiz - you can use mods to remove the cooldown and use potions at full health.
In Items-AlwaysID+99Stack\Media\units\items\potions\HEALTHPOTION5.DAT I set:
MAXSTACKSIZE:9999
DONT_USE_ON_FULL:false
MINLEVEL:1
DURATION:0

Still need autohotkey to spam click to buy/use, but you can just buy all the potions you need and use them right next to the vendor.
