Symmetry tends to go to whichever Vault of yours has the most money in it. She'll always bring a group of Rouges with her, but sometimes will be in another Vault of yours if there are multiple. She'll also leave an object on the walls to block out your camera that will be marked on your HUD.
Agents ability to disable your traps seems to be tied to their Skill. If an Agent has low skill, then they can't disable your traps or collect evidence against you (if they are Investigators). If an Agent runs out of Resolve, then they will leave, no matter how much Skill they have left. Not sure if this applied to Super Agents, as their Resolve and Skill never seem to go down.
You can't capture Super Agents until their last Side Story (the one where you kill them). Except J Steel. They can be captured and if they are, Ms Foxworth will not spawn on the map until J Steel is killed.
