Introduction

Hello everyone, this is my very first guide for a game that I have ever made. Before we start here the important things you wanna know.

It’s best to just complete the game on your first run because some of them require later game abilities and this would be easier to keep track of them.

Incase if your are familiar with Platinum Game’s other but most popular game Bayonetta, most Secret Missions are pretty found by backtracking to specific parts of a mission and Kahkoo-Regahs are this games Alfheim (secret challenges) which requires you to not just play stylishly but also think outside the box. Kahkoo-Regahs portals may spawn but require a circle to be drawn around them to open.

Secret Missions and Kahkoo-Regahs will have different and harder enemies on higher difficulties, the screen shots you see below were taken on the normal difficulty.

You may think you have completed all of them thanks to this guide but NOPE!!! If you're aiming to truly complete all the Secrets Missions and Kahkoo-Regahs, you have to do it for every difficulty! Yes, even Hard and 101% Hard (101% Hard is just like Bayonetta’s Infinite Climax with no Witch Time when dodging or Bat/Moth Within, the wonder liner does not slow down time when using), except for “Easy” and “Very Easy” since they do not appear on those difficulties. Well lets begin.

Operation 004: Neo Mu Ocean Metropolis
Operation 004A

Secret Mission 11/Kahkoo-Regah 8
Requirements: Complete mission 2 without sinking

During mission 2, DO NOT sink down with Unite Hammer or Unite Tombstone. Wait for the GEATHJERK enemies to swim up to you. Defeat them and the Kahkoo-Regah will spawn on the platform you were on before jumping in the water.

Secret Mission 12
Requirements: Unite Whip and Unite Claw

After defeating the Hah-Gonay in mission 6, have Wonder White pry-open the door with the 2 tubes, DO NOT enter yet. Swing back with Unite Whip and backtrack under water where mission 5 was.

Operation 004B

Secret Mission 13/Kahkoo-Regah 9
Requirements: Walk through the water fall to the end

Ok this one was very confusing for most people who tried finding this. After you defeat the Ankho in mission 2, head down the far bottom corner of the platform and jump down to a platform with civilians panacing, a box for Wonder Black to open, and a tube to enter. The tube will take you to the waterfall with divers crying for help that you couldn't save. Next, reach to the end of the waterfall where the broken elevator button is, DO NOT exit the waterfall when doing this or you're gonna have to try again. Once you reach the goal, exit at the end of the waterfall and backtrack to where you landed after where you fight Prince Vorkken and the Kahkoo-Regah will spawn on the grass beside the mini garden.

Note: For some odd reason, other people who played the game said you have to attack the broken elevator button for it to spawn but it’s not true. I don’t know why but I assume it was originally how you spawn the Kahkoo-Regah Portal in the original version of Wonderful 101 that was exclusively for the Wii-U.
Operation 005: Mt. Ogretoe Lost City of Lowrule
Operation 005A

A Missable Mission 1
Requirements: Unite Hand

Ok so apparently the game does not count this as a secret mission, however it is missable. After you cross the bridge, have Wonder Red use Unite Hand to collect fire from the torch and light up the other torches.

Secret Mission 14
Requirements: Unite Claw and Unite Hammer

Head north and you will see a waterfall, walk to the right area you will find a wall for Wonder White to climb on, clim up then to the left and you will land on a platform with a breakable wall for Wonder Yellow to smash open. It will reveal a hidden cave that has hot molten lava around so be careful. Cross the cave and you will find the secret mission.

Secret Mission 15
Requirements: None

After Wonder Black joins the team, backtrack to where mission 4 was.

LOL! Squiggly!

Secret Mission 16/Kahkoo-Regah 10
Requirements: Unite Bomb and Unite Ladder

You will come across a rotating drill where you're supposed to use a unit bomb to slow it down and as you climb up, make sure you spam Unite Bomb multiple times as you climb so the drill won't knock you away. On the top of the drill, you will see a tube attached to the giant statue. Enter the tube and you will be on the statue's arm. Form a Unite Ladder so you can climb up onto the statue's head and the Kahkoo-Regah portal will be sitting there.

Operation 005B

Secret Mission 17/Kahkoo-Regah 11
Requirements: Unite Hand

In the area where you summon the statue, get some fire with Unite Hand and light up the 4 torches.

Secret Mission 18
Requirements: None

When you reach the giant gate where you're supposed to put the statue in to unlock the door, don't do it just yet. Return to the area with the spike traps where you fought the Gah-Goojin.

Operation 006: Gocken Island Lost City of Kowrule
Operation 006A

A Missable Mission 2

Again, here is another missable mission. When your climbing with Unite Claw during mission 1, make sure you kill all the enemies on the wall or else you wont get a mission rank.

Secret Mission 19/Kahkoo-Regah 12
Requirements: Unite Bridge

Before Proceeding after you fight the Deah-Kani, head down right and you will find an edge where you can build a Unite Bridge. Cross the bridge and it will take you to a platform with civilians that are worshiping a broken statue. Build another Unite Bridge downwards and it will take you to the Kahkoo-Rega

Secret Mission 20
Requirements: None (However your gonna need Hand for something else)
When you finish mission 7, return to where you fought the Deah-Kani and the secret mission will start.

Bonus: At the end of the mission, a Chew Dough-Goo will be carrying a Cog. Defeat it, take the cog, hook it up, and wind it with Unite Hand to find some Awesome Loot hidden in a cave.

Operation 006B

Secret Mission 21/Kahkoo-Regah 13
Requirements: Unite Hand

When mission 4 is done, you will come across some fire pillars for a puzzle, collect some fire with Unite Hand and backtrack to where you landed after your fight with Vijounne. Light up the 4 torches and the Kahkoo-Regah Portal will appear. Be careful backtracking though, you don't wanna fall in the freezing water and get a “freezer burn” hee-hee.

Operation 007A

Secret Mission 22/Kahkoo-Regah 14
Requirements: None

After Completing Mission 3, backtrack to the floating germ platform that is near mission 1 and the Kahkoo-Regah will be there.

Secret Mission 23
Requirements: Unite Hammer and Unite Whip

During your mission, you will progress by using Unite Whip to pull down a platform and using Unite Hammer to move up by smashing the yellow button that faces up. When you do so, hit the other yellow button that faces down and back track to where mission 5 took place. Surprisingly, this operation only has 1 level with secret missions rather than 2.

Operation 008B

Secret Mission 26/Kahkoo-Regah 16
Requirements: Unite Claw

During the mission, you will climb up a flipped park with Unite Claw, before proceeding Right, keep heading up and the Kahkoo-Regah portal will be sitting there to be open.

Operation 009: Exoatmosphere
Operation 009B

Secret Mission 27/Kahkoo-Regah 17
Requirements: None

After Mission 2 is finished, don't leave just yet, backtrack to the beginning where you landed and the Kahkoo-Regah will show up.

Secret Mission 28/Kahkoo-Regah 18
Requirements: None

At the end of the operation, do not exit the level just yet. You will see an item standing on a half a circle platform with an invisible wall, use the Wonder Liner to match the shape and it will summon the Kahkoo-Regah.

Note: I forgot what the item was. It does show its a Wonderful noodle soup but I believe before it was something else I think.
Operation 010: Epilogue
Operation 010

Secret Mission 28/Kahkoo-Regah 18
Requirements: Unite Hammer

Exactly Like the Prologue, smash open the Bus Hatch after the Bus splits apart.

Conclusion
So there you have it folks, that's all the Secret Missions and Kahkoo-Regah. Now you may think that's it huh ? WRONG!!! Like I said in the Introduction, you may have gotten the “You Can Hole Up but you Can't Hide” Bottle Cap/ Achievement.

But if you're aiming to get both “Operation Annihilation” and “GEATHJERK Slayer” Bottle Caps/Achievement, you are gonna have to do this list all over again on every difficulty (Except for Easy and Very Easy since the Kahkoo-Regah don't appear).

Anyways, let me know if there are any errors, for me to fix in the comments below.

Oh, never mind, I think I got Finders Keepers on separate difficulties, and I probably need to find all on one difficulty to get You Can Hole Up, But You Can't Hide.

Uhhh… so I have all the Finders Keepers achievements but for some reason You Can Hole Up, But You Can't Hide hasn't unlocked?

In Operation 004B you can actually just bump against the wall of water in the region labeled "goal" since the trigger region is big enough to touch from outside.

The reason people thought they had to attack the elevator buttons is that they were accidentally touching the trigger region inside the water while doing so, which is also why it was an unreliable method.
