Before we move on, it is important to know the requirements of this achievement otherwise there will be many issues with it. You are required to clean the messes in Santa's Workshop WITHOUT breaking any Christmas Items. This refers to actions such as incinerating them, breaking them and/or destroying them.

NOTE: It does not matter if the Christmas Items are unorganised as long as they are not burned/destroyed and all the necessary items and blood cleaned up.

Now you might be asking, what kind of christmas items are you referring to? Well, here is a list of items that are required to be kept and not broken.

1. Presents

2. Toy Guns
3. Figurines
4. Candy Canes
5. Christmas/Santa Hat
6. Sag Dolls
7. Ornaments - Those coloured glass balls hanging around.
8. Machete - Long knives found in dead Elfs' corpse or laying around the workshop.
9. Santa's Shotgun
Shotgun hidden at Santa's room next to the stairs.

10. Burned Candles
11. 'Funk Ninja' Radio

These are all the items I've checked that are required to be kept in Santa's Workshop and not broken, incinerated etc.

This refers to items like junk and body parts. You are required to incinerate these in the fireplace. Also you have to clear blood and burnt marks. Here is a list of items that are required to clear.

1. Bottles of alcohol
2. Broken bottles
3. Body parts (this also refers to the reindeers' horns, iconic nose and its body parts)
4. Organs
5. Water Buckets
6. Disposable bins
7. Shotgun shells
8. TNT/Dynamite
9. Stone
10. Wooden parts of the broken door
11. Lanterns
12. Molotovs
13. Letters

Many difficulties are encountered while attempting to do this achievement, which leads to disadvantages and losing your opportunity to get it. I will be going through common diffculties faced and how to resolve them.

TNT Issue
One of the challenging things which the developers added inside the game, TNT. TNT is the enemy of cleaning, it will make the ornaments drop and broken when exploded. It only lights up if attempting to incinerate it. The only way to get rid of it is to incinerate it in the fireplace but I'm not saying there is no choice as there isn't any way to get prevent it from exploding, no. To prevent it from exploding, you simply dispense a water bucket out, put the TNT inside the bucket (try to put it deep inside otherwise there might be a chance where it will not work). The TNT will have the sparkling sound and its effect but the water will extinguish it but it attempts to light up but the water will save it. It does not matter whether it is pure water/blood as long as there is liquid substance inside the bucket. However, there is another issue which refers to the water dispenser. There is a chance where TNT can be disposed out of the water dispenser, in other words you'll have to react fast. You can either find a bucket of water/blood nearby you or dispense one out from the other side (but this method will have a very high risk).
This is an example of how you should put TNT inside the bucket of water/blood.

Ornaments Issue
Ornaments, probably one of the most cautious challenge to get this achievment. They are found hanging around on the ceiling and around the walls. They will have a high chance of being broken when in contact with any object or your mop. Common mistakes are refering to the disposal bin, some/most people put too many junk/body parts inside that it causes some serious glitching which interferes the ornaments, causing it to break. I suggest you to not put things such as elf corpses as they occupy almost 1/2 of the entire disposal bin and of course there are other items besides that. It is recommended to just put small things like shotgun shells, organs, arms etc. as they occupy around 1/10 - 1/100 space which has a better advantage to carry it. DO NOT SPRINT when carrying the bin with items in it, hold the shift button while pressing the WASD buttons.

Unreachable/Stucked Items
Some items can go through the gaps from a table which sometimes can be hard to grab it. Also some items can be under the map which is impossible if you do attempt to do it legit. To solve this problem, press the TAB or tilda key (~) to open the console. Type enablecheats in the console and then type the command ghost. This acts like a noclip command whereby you can go through walls, floors, ceilings etc. Go through under the table or any place where the objects are stucked and attempt to pull it out. Another problem is items under the map, you can spot them glowing in the black background and to get rid of them you can't simply just pull them out. You have to use your mop and repeatedly push it in a single direction. Once the item is far away from the borders of the workshop/map it will eventually/slowly disappear. For precautionary measures, use your Sniffer and check to see if the items are gone under the map and of course look around as they might be some hidden around under the map.

Saving the Game will be an advantage. Always save your game for around every 30 - 60 seconds due to possible issues like ornaments are broken or TNT exploded etc. This is for a safety precaution just in case you do not have to restart the cleaning all over again and there will be a time where you will break something unless your cautious enough.

This is very important in order to get this achievement. After you've "assumed" that you've cleaned everything up, use the Sniffer. Anyways check every single spot/area for either hidden blood or objects that you are required to clear it. Purpose of this is for safety and precautions as there might be blood/objects hidden.
