Tourists sort of handle themselves. They usually just wander around the casino. The only annoyance is they often intercept henchmen when you send them out, but it really only puts a few second delay on things, so I've never had much trouble with them beyond that. You can keep them busy with enough casino toys, but a lot of my idle social minions usually tie up a large number of them as well. I pretty much ignore tourists and there isn't much downside to that.
I have looked at these and have wondered how you handle the tourist. Also your opinion on side missions. Loot mainly
The odd thing about VOID is Zalika already researches fast and later in the game, there isn't much useful stuff left to research.
The major downside to super weapons for me is you need to get a bunch of fuel for it and the payout is something your genius was already good at anyways. I rather would have seen them as an only-positive device that just has a real long cooldown instead of fuel, E.G. Every 5 in game hours, Emma can kill heat across the globe, Ivan can kill all intruders in the base, Max fills his vault, Zalika...... gets a free research item?
I also felt firing the super weapon should be a late game feature to achieve rather than one of the earlier missions where you fire it at all three levels and then it just sort of sits there ignored.
