I would personally suggest that you play through the game on your own first before hunting the achievements because the story and characters are worth paying attention to the first time around.
It's also fun and interesting to see what ending you can get by playing naturally and choosing the options you feel like.

That being said, there is no New Game + for this game so I would suggest saving A LOT.

There are many save slots so don't worry about running out of them.

I tried to keep it as spoiler free as possible but some of the achievements kind of toe the line into spoiler territory so consider yourself warned.

These 12 achievements are unmissable as you will collect the crown of every Zodiac in any given playthrough.
The order you get them vary from route to route but you will get all of them even if you only play through the game once.

Fate is Upon Us
Open the Gates of the Capricorn Construction Corporation (™).


This achievement gets unlocked automatically at the start of the game. Just play and you will get it.

Neo Culture Technology
"Watch the Best Play Ever."


This is a bit of a slow burner as you start it in the first chapter and end it in the last.

When in Capricorns realm, if you go left when you reach the Database Center you will come across Frans Beyond stuck in a wall.
Agree to pull him out of the wall and he will give you a ticket for his play.







When you get to Aries realm go as far east as you can after you have had the room service.
There a NPC will notice that you have your ticket and let you enjoy the play.
When you are done the achievement will be unlocked.

Party Rock
"Participate in all Food Festival activities."


When you get to the festival in Taurus realm you will be given some tokens to play with.
You now need to try out the three attractions.
Once you finished all of them you will be awarded with the achievement.

It was mentioned in the comments that one person didn't get it by just participating. I can't recall if I got the maximum points in everything or not but it is worth mentioning that you might need to get that.

Betting











Fishing















Throwing Alpacas (?)

Cow of Duty
"Saved the Taicow."


Once the Festival is over in Taurus realm, head back to the cow village and enter the first building above the road.

Talk to these concerned cows to start the quest.












Keep following the story until you reach the thicket.
Once you go down here you will soon meet a Taicow and two Bowfallo.


















They will attack, defeat the two Bowfallo and spare the Taicow.
Make sure that you don't accidentally kill the Taicow too early.
The prompt to let him go doesn't show up unless he is the only one left alive.
Lead him to the northern ice cream.
After all the story stuff is done go back to the Cow village and talk to the cows again and the quest is done.

Cookie Crisis
"Find Ginger's note."


After Algol and Spica rejoins your party in Cancer's realm you need to look for Ginger.
Go back to your ship where you will find a note.
Read the note and the achievement should be unlocked.

Hall of Fame
"Appreciate all the Hall of Fame Paintings."


Whilst in Leos realm you need to talk to this NPC which will grant you entrance to the building behind them, the Hall of Fame.
Once inside simply examine all of the artworks that are hung up and you will get the achievement.

Tactical Withdrawal
"Load a Save from the Game over Screen."


Once you lose a battle load a save.

Persistence
"Die on the same battle 3 times in a row."


After you lost a battle you press "Try again" and do so until you get the achievement.

Perfectionist
"500 Perfect Hits"


During battles make sure you get perfect hits by hitting the white part of the attack, this is easiest in "Stress Free Mode" as it makes the area you need to hit bigger.

Parry Queen
"350 Perfect Blocks"


Similar to the "Perfectionist" achievement.
When in a battle you need to block when you get attacked, this is easiest in "Stress Free Mode" as it makes the area you need to hit bigger.

Ascension
"Reach Level 50"


The game has lots of random encounters where you can grind levels if needed.

Power Creep
"Have one party member with fully upgraded equipment."


There is an NPC at Akasha that can upgrade your equipment if you pick "Boost".
You need to have one character reach level 5 with all their equipped things to get the achievement.







In Cancers realm when you get to "Public facilities" and enter the first building there is an NPC that sells recipes for the items needed to upgrade your equipment.
You find these in your misc recipes if you choose "Bake" instead of "Boost" and they are quite useful since you don't need to only grind for the items themselves.

Capritalist
"Spend 2000 stars in shops."


Stars are the currency in this world.
You get them after battles and occasionally find them laying around.
Shops are also strewn all over the realms but there tends to always be one available back at Akasha.
Simply buy enough items and the achievement will trigger.

High High High High High High High
"Jump 1000 times."


Just jump around whenever you are moving and you will get it in no time.

Mood Breaker
"Jump 150x while in a cutscene."


When the cutscene is playing just keep pressing your jump button.
Your character can't jump while there is text but as soon as there is a break they can.
Not sure if it works across saves or if you reload so would advice to just keep doing it in the same save until it triggers.

Beckoning of the Black Sun
"Finish all Black Holes."


After you have cleared the first realm and come back to Akasha there will be a snowman.
If you talk to him he will let you enter a Black Hole.
When you beat a realm a Black Hole to represent that realm will open up when you talk to the snowman.
The last Black Hole unlocks after Pisces realm if you want to knock them all out in one swoop.
Simply beat all of the enemies in the Black Holes across all realm versions and the achievement will trigger.

Eradicate the Space Reptiles
"Finish all shoot’em up mini sections."


When you travel to a new area from Akasha you will get two choices.
To play this minigame you need to choose "Take the dangerous route!"
Simply choose this every time you travel somewhere and win them all to get the achievement.

The requirements for the different endings depend on which bosses you kill/spare.
With the exception of the Starcrossed Ending which requires an additional quest to be fulfilled.

NOTE: These are the ones that worked for me, I have seen others being speculated online but haven't tried them myself. There is this[virgo-vs-the-zodiac.fandom.com] list of endings that you can also try from.


Fixed Ending
"Finish the Fixed Route"


You will need to kill the first boss Deneb, and then spare Cancer and Taurus
- Kill Deneb
- Spare Taurus/Cancer


Mutable Ending
"Finish the Mutable Route"


You will need to spare the first boss Deneb and then kill Cancer and Taurus
- Kill Cancer/Taurus
- Spare Deneb


Cardinal Ending
"Finish the Cardinal Route"


You will need to spare everyone.
- Kill none
- Spare everyone


Starcrossed Ending
"Love can bloom on the battlefield"


Follow the steps for the Cardinal ending
Once you get to Taurus realm you need to finish the quest "Starcrossed Lovers".

To start the quest we need to talk to this fisherman.
He is located in the fisher village where we first meet Scorpio.
He will tell us about his trapped love that he needs help.













Once Algol has joined your party head to the cow village and enter the first building above the road.
The lover will be found on the second floor.
After this just report back to the Fisherman to complete the quest, they are now considered friends and will be on Akasha.








I previously had a disclaimer that said you can't get "Starcrossed Ending" and "Cardinal Ending" on the same run. But it was brought to my attention by "Oyasumi" in the comments that you can indeed get both of them at the same time. Not sure why that didn't work for me but thank you for mentioning it!

Déjà Vu
"Find all Nanas."


To get this achievement you need to talk to all of the Nana's across the world.

The first one is found in Taurus realm.
On the second part of the maze Nana can be found if you go up and jump over two branches.















The second Nana is found in Cancer's realm.
They are in the Bastille (Prison) and can be found if you go north.























The third Nana is found in Leo's realm.
They are down south as you come off the train.



















The fourth Nana is found in Pisces realm.
When you get control over Spica and Algol head all the way north and east to find Nana.
You will have to jump down a ledge and jump over some water to reach them.



















The fifth Nana is found in Virgo's realm (The Holy Asylum)
They are found northeast in the second patientroom all the way at the top










The sixth and very last Nana is in the magma chamber of Aries realm.
It's up in the northwest corner behind a Vampyro.

Best Friends Forever
"Find all Friendly NPCs."


To get this achievement you will need to find and befriend specific NPC's throughout the game.
It has to be on the same save during one run.
Due to some limitations with the one NPC you can't do it while trying to get every ending. (See Lady Miss down below)

When in Capricorns realm, if you go left when you reach the Database Center you will come across Frans Beyond stuck in a wall.
Agree to pull him out of the wall and he will now consider you a friend and move over to Akasha.







Sullyvan is a Salary lamb that we first meet whilst playing as Ginger.
We later meet him again after seeing Ginger being chased by "Masked lady".
Talk to him and he is now considered your friend and will become a merchant on Akasha.






Adelaide is an Alpaca locatedin Taurus realm.
To succesfully get her and her love as friends the quest "Starcrossed lovers" need to be completed.
Refer to the "Starcrossed Ending" achievement on how to get them.










Next to befriend is a Taicow in Taurus realm.
Refer to the "Cow of Duty" achievement on how to get them.



















Lady Miss is a special case.
She gets picked up in Cancer's realm.
You can meet her in the Bastille and talk to her but it doesn't seem to matter.
She only shows up on the Akasha if you kill Cancer.
Because of this you can't get this achievement if you are doing a run where you need to spare everyone or spare Cancer.









In the Sagittrain there will be a couple of well-mannered Centaurs.
If you talk to the second Centaur he will ask that you greet him.











Answer "Say howdy".
After this he will be considered your friend and shows up at Akasha later.









When you reach Leo's realm you will need to talk to Lionheart
It's enough to simply talk to them and they will then be considered your friend and later show up at Akasha.









When you reach Pisces realm head down to the Seametary
Sitting on a stump to your left is Confused Dweller
Talk to them and they will be considered a friend and will be at Akasha.

Now the achievement should have been triggered.

Zodiac Killer
"Complete All Achievements"


Congratulations you collected all achievements!
