Use Flashback to rewind time


Can be done in almost any non-online session. Pause the game and choose instant replay, then choose flashback.

Best in session
Achieve Pole Position after any qualifying session


Get the fastest time in any qualifying session.

Qualifying Master
Achieve 50 pole positions


Get the fastest time in any 50 qualifying sessions. That's gonna take some time.

Showing huge potential

Finish in the top 3 in any race session.

Complete 10 One-Shot Qualifying sessions


Complete 10 qualifying sessions with the format set to One-Shot Qualifying.

Under assist settings set the gearbox to manual and win any race session using it.

Save a captured highlight in Theatre Mode


Go to "Theater" in Main Menu, select any recent highlight and save it.

Going to need a bigger cabinet
Earn 15 Trophies for the Trophy Cabinet

You get a trophy from winning races in My Team/Career modes, completing the Weekly Events and finishing a league season (maybe more idk). Earning 15 of them unlocks the achievement.

Tracked Addiction
Complete 50 hours of total track time


Total track time is the time spent actually driving on a track. Getting to 50 hours is going to take quite some time.

A weekend to remember
Set the fastest lap in all 3 Practice sessions, get pole and win the GP


Can be done in either Grand Prix or any Career mode. Get the fastest lap in every practice session, fastest lap in the qualifying session and win the race.

Every one of these you get by just playing through the story mode. Takes some time but should be easy to do on the lower difficulty.

This should unlock after the first race of the season in My Team mode.

In a rush?
Complete a Practice Programme session using Quick Practice


Quick Practice becomes available after completing your first practice session. Just choose quick practice when advancing to a practice session instead of going to track.

Go easy on them
During an interview, your actions lowered the morale of a Department in your Team


Make sure "Meet The Press" is turned on under career settings. When the press asks certain questions after a session (about reliability or why you crashed or something usually), you can lower the morale by pretty much blaming one of your departments, which will unlock the achievement.

Positive vibes
Have more than one Department in a positive morale status


Department morale can be increased by team activities or praising departments in press interviews. Should be quite easy to get.

Early R&D
Develop first R&D upgrade in any department


Develop any upgrade under the R&D tab. Unlocks after the upgrade completes.

R&D Lover
Develop a component in every R&D Department


Develop an upgrade in every department under the R&D tab. Unlocks after the upgrades complete.

Overnight parts
Successfully develop a component using Rush option


When selecting an upgrade to develop, select the rush option. It requires spec 2 department so upgrading the facilities might be needed before it becomes available. Unlocks when the upgrade successfully completes.

Stitch in time
Adapt an upgrade whilst within its Regulation Change warning period


The regulations might change during a season and in order to keep the regulated upgrades you must adapt them to it. Unlocks when you adapt an upgrade.

For the history books
Reach a Team Acclaim level of 20 in My Team mode


Acclaim is gained from participating in the weekend's sessions, getting good results, team activities etc. You can also boost the acclaim rate in the career settings. Takes some time to get there.

We got 'em
Hire an acclaim level 15 or higher Driver in My Team


Hire a driver from the driver market who has at least level 15 acclaim as your teammate in My Team. You probably need a bunch of money saved up for that at first.

Second time around
Complete a 2nd season of My Team/Driver Career/Two Player Career


Unlocks after completing the second season of any career mode.

Perfect record
Achieve 1st place for every race in a 10 race season


When creating any career mode select custom season length and set it to 10 races. Finish first in every race and the achievement unlocks. This also works in Grand Prix mode by selecting 10 races!

World Champion
Win the F1 Drivers' Championship


Finish first in the drivers standings at the end of any career mode season.

Constructors Champion
Win the F1 Constructors Championship


Finish first in the constructors standings at the end of any career mode season.

Start a Two Player Career
Complete your first race in Two Player Career


Find a friend (hardest challenge) and start a Two Player Career. Achievement will unlock after the first race.

Two Player Career Complete!
Complete a season in Two Player Career


Unlocks after completing a season in Two Player Career mode.

Passion of Italy
Win a single Grand Prix event at Monza as Ferrari or AlphaTauri


Win a race at Monza with either a Ferrari or AlphaTauri. Can be done in any mode.

Passion of Japan
Win a GP event at Suzuka with a Honda Power Unit


Win a race at Suzuka with either Red Bull or AlphaTauri. Can be done in any mode.

Passion of Great Britain
Win a Silverstone GP as Williams, McLaren, Aston Martin, Red Bull or Alpine


Win a race at Silverstone with either Williams, McLaren, Aston Martin, Red Bull or Alpine. Can be done in any mode.

Monaco Hero
Win a 50% distance (or longer) F1 race at Monaco


Choose Monaco in Grand Prix mode, set the race length to Long or Full and win the race. Can be done in any mode.

Highs and Lows
Win at both Spa-Francorchamps and Sochi Autodrom in Grand Prix.


Choose Grand Prix mode and win a race in both Spa (Belgium) and Sochi (Russia).

Wet look
Win a 25% race in wet conditions


Win a 25% race (medium length) in rain. Can be done in any mode.

Remembering your roots
Complete a medium length F2 GP event (Feature & Sprint)


Select F2 cars in Grand Prix mode, set the race format to Feature & Sprint and complete both events.

Touring the Americas
Take a photo in Photo Mode on the USA, Brazil, Mexico & Canada circuits

Photo Mode is accessible during any session in instant replay. Take a photo in USA, Brazil, Mexico and Canada circuits.

I'm not sure how much you have to change, but go to customisation in main menu and change your suit, helmet, livery etc. Unlocks after completing an online racing using the customised driver/car.

Strike a pose
Show off your custom emote on the podium


Go to customisation in main menu and choose a different podium emote. Unlocks when you win a race using the emote.

League Racer
Complete a League event


Easiest done with a friend. Join or create a league from multiplayer and complete an event in it.
