That said I second @Harrison Wells' instructions ^ for using Pot Head to tell you roughly where the seeds you are missing are.
The green lights above the door are not related to which pot is missing, but to how many you've found so far. If you are missing 1 pot, you'll be looking the same pattern I and @VS saw before
Anyway, I did a dumb question in this post, because when you find the Shovel and give it to Pot Head (don't know his name in English), he will be found in the front of the door with green lights, and if you're missing any pot, he will tell you where is possibly located the remaining pot, and you'll just have to check it out.
Anyhow, that's how I've managed to find all the remaining pots. Besides, that's also required to unlock the true ending of the game. (10/10)
PS: JOHN FREEMAN, I've went to that place, but as I previously said, the remaining lights are not somehow synchronized to which pot is missing.
PS1: Forgotten Lands, nice work dude, Really helpful!
Stay safe guys.
