First go to your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dragon age ultimate edition\redist, then you need to run both run DAUServiceSetup_Steam and DAOU_UpdateAddinsXML_Steam.
After running both i went back into my game and the New campaigns and then on DLC's were all on there... When i first bought and installed the game it asked for the keys { good luck } for the dlc WHICH steam or ea at this point should have like a skeleton key or something for this ♥♥♥♥. But after digging in my game folders and re-running these i know have all my DLC's! i hope this helps someone. Normally im the idiot googling ♥♥♥♥ for 6 hours and downloading all kinds of voodoo to get my ♥♥♥♥ to work.
