How to set a custom map marker
Go to the world map, or the local map.

Find where you want to mark, hold shift, and left click.

A menu will pop up asking to set, move, or remove marker.

That's it.

I have spent literally thousands of hours in this game, countless play-throughs and I've even finished the game... I had no idea holding z let you move things and now I learn I can actually set markers. That would have been helpful XD
