Also if you mean Matsuken's name card cutting him off mid dialogue, that happens in the original too.
Killer7's only problems I've found so far without limiting FPS are:
1. The Angel has too tight of a window for me to get behind her and shoot her as Dan. Managed to, but was pixel-perfect shots.
2. The cutscene in the reunion room at the very intro of Sunset Part 2 had a small desync where a character was cut off by their name card when he was speaking.
