Steps

1. Start the game from Steam
2. Wait for the browser to pop up and open the Battlelog page
3. Click Play Campaign
4. Wait for the loading prompt until it says "Online in Battlefield Hardline on PC
5. Open up "Hidden Icons" on Windows Taskbar
6. Right click on Steam icon
7. Click Battlefield(TM) Hardline
8. Enjoy!
