1. It has to be night
2. It has to be completely silent in you room
3. Your room shouldn't be too warm or too cold
4. You shouldn't be hungry or thirsty
5. Make sure there is nothing that could distract you from the game
Playthrough
1. Play through the game in one sitting
2. Don't rush through the game
3. Try to talk to Delilah like you would in real life
4. Enjoy the game and play it like you were actually in the forest. Try to be immersed as much as
possible

Use speakers and put them behind you to make it feel even more like a forest.
