Introduction
If you want all the achievements of this game, you'll likely need 2 playthroughs.

First playthrough
Take your time, explore the game and gather everything you can.
There is a teleporter at the end on the tower, so you can easily go back to gather what you miss at that point. It is also useful to play the second ending. You can (and should) collect 33 achievements in this playthrough, including:

"The Greatest Gift": Make a choice at the Tower

"The Great Purge": Make a choice at the Tower

Second playthrough
Avoid fights (there is only a few that are necessary to progress), do not gather anything, try to finish the game in less than 5 hours (it took me 4 hours and I fooled around plenty). The game counts deaths only if you've respawned, so you can exit to the menu after your death and Continue without it counting. You should get the following achievements:

"Expeditious": Speedrun the game within 5 hours

"Bravest Soldier": Complete the game with no sword, health, energy, or workshop upgrades

"Invulnerable": Complete the game with less than 5 deaths

"Make It Home": Collect all other achievements (if you did all the others achievements in your other playthrough)
Armaments
All three are found in dungeons early in the game.

First Armament: Add punch ability to glove

Second Armament: Add warp ability to glove
You'll get this one in the desert area, the entrance is next to a warp platform.

Third Armament: Add grapple ability to glove
You'll get this one in the desert area too, after repairing the Great Conduit.
Restoring the world
"Power Restored": Repair the Great Conduit (in the desert area)

"Motherland": Raise Forest
After restoring the power, you'll head to the dome and find the first sigil that let you raise the forest once placed on the nearby platform.

"Ruins of War": Raise Tower
After you rescue her, the Mother will give you the sigil to raise the tower.

"Reservoir": Raise Water
The sigil is given to you on your way north to the reservoir.

"An Ancient Source": Cleanse the Reservoir (northeast area)

"Watershed Complete": Restore all the waterways (from the northeast down south is easier, in my opinion)

Purge the world of the purple stuff
  • Free the Mother
  • "Return Home": Rescue all the sprites
    There are 6 sprites to rescue. Look at your map for the purple stuff. You can hear the sprites crying in their cages. You have to first free the crying sprite from the trap, then it goes to chant next to the crab in jello, breaking it. You then finish them with your sword. You can't cleanse some areas without restoring the waterways first (you will swim over spiky vines thanks to the water).
Wake the Titan
At some point while exploring, you should stumble upon the Titan, a giant robot that is conveniently close to the tower.

"Titan": Find The Titan

On the map, you can see the Titan and the two colossus as white round bodies with hands. You can collect the colossus cores as soon as you've cleansed their respective area of the purple stuff.

Gather the great cores:
  • "Desert Colossus": Find Great Core 1/3
  • "Forest Colossus": Find Great Core 2/3
  • "Mother's Gift": Find Great Core 3/3
  • The 4th core is already inside the Titan.
You can bring cores to the Titan individually or wait and bring them all at once. On the upper right border of the map, you'll see four circles representing the great cores. Their center becomes blue when you bring them to the Titan.

"Ascension": Awaken the Titan
Gathering
Your map will show the symbols for the collectables if they have appeared in your screen but you haven't gathered them yet. It is easier to collect them after the world is restored. Some are hidden in the dungeons (open your map in a dungeon to check if you've missed anything). Other guides can help you find them.

"Floral Collector": Fully upgrade your health
Every two flowers give you a new block of health.

"Core Collector": Fully upgrade your energy
Every five energy cores gives you a new block of energy.

"It's Your Chance": Forge your first sword
You cannot miss this one.

"Master Key": Fully upgrade your sword
Take three sword pieces to the workshop to upgrade your sword. You can upgrade it three times. It will be necessary to unlock the lore rooms, see the section below for more information.

"Rogue Beauty": Collect all butterflies

"Elder's Heirlooms": Acquire all cloaks
That one means "paying" for the cloaks with green orbs when you visit the workshop. You do not have to equip them.
Vistas
In various locations, you can choose to admire the view. You get an achievement if you've interacted with every spot.

"World Explorer": Discover every vista

The vistas on your map are the ones you already got. Some are in dungeons. None are missable (there is confusing information online, but I confirmed it in my last playthrough).
Lore rooms
Did you notice that your sword kind of looks like a key? It gets more evident when you upgrade it, and it's also the key to opening the lore rooms.

"Archive: Exodus": Activate lore room 1/5
You can access this one after repairing the Great Conduit, it is on your way to the dome. It is roughly in the center of the map.

"Archive: Arrival": Activate lore room 2/5
This lore room is located at the bottom of the map (or south). Go south from the workshop towards the beginning of the game, you'll find a circular structure with a punch point. A bit of jumping and you'll be there. This one can be opened once you've upgraded your sword once.

"Archive: Awaken": Activate lore room 3/5
This lore room is located on the north side of the map. Going north from the titan, across a sunken valley with two-legged deers. You need to upgrade your sword twice to open it.

"Archive: Catastrophe": Activate lore room 4/5
This lore room is on the west side of the map. Accessible from the river that stretches between the Forest colossus and the Titan. You need to fully upgrade your sword to open it.

"Archive: Besieged": Activate lore room 5/5
This lore room is on the east side of the map. Starting from the teleporter on the north side of the dome, head north. Slide on the pipe covered in water and prepare to grab the blue spot. You need to fully upgrade your sword to open it.
Other achievements
"Animal Instinct": Pet any animal
Approach one of the two-legged deers slowly when it lowers itself to the ground. You should see a button to interact with it. As far as I know, you can only do this once per playthrough.

"Beguile": Lure 10 enemies to fall to their death
You should not have to work hard to get this one. I punched some enemies off the cliff, but you can also let them roll off.

"Win Without Fighting": Use enemies to kill 15 enemies for you
Don't get eager and kill all the little enemies by yourself, let the brutes and the trolls hit them until they all die.

"Hunter": Kill 4 enemies simultaneously
I did this in the desert area after getting the ability Warp Trap. Gather 5-6 scorpions around you and jump and warp. Boom, dead dead dead dead *hopefully*. Repeat until you get it.
Conclusion
As always, if you find that something in this guide is wrong, please tell me in the comments. Enjoy the game!

Another easy one for getting the "Hunter" achievement: When you get to the top of floating tower, and make the choice that leads to the boss fight, once you get the boss weak enough, she will spawn a bunch of weak mobs. If you have any sword upgrades, you may be able to just swipe and get it. Otherwise, just jump and do a ground-pound with your fist, and it will most likely mop up enough mobs to trigger "Hunter."

as of this date, you can also hug a sprite with the "pet" interaction and it'll give you green orbs. :steamthumbsup:

@zephyr_goldwing: That sounds true. I found it easier to approach the deers.

Pet any animal - you can do this multiple times with multiple animal types, not just the deer. As long as it isn't trying to kill you, and has a 'resting' animation (lying down for most I think), you should get a 'pet'/'interact' option flash up (X for controller) if you're close enough. You can avoid startling/scaring harmless critters by walking near them rather than running.
