For some reason, this glitch is caused by the discord stream overlay. Go to the Discord app, go to settings, then the Game Overlay tab, and turn off the overlay that opens every time you boot the game. The glitch should stop then.

PUGHSY; It is caused by any sort of overlay. Check your other apps for overlays and disable them. Also, check the overlay on the Geforce Experience that could cause it.
