First thing get to the end game.Then you need to grab him and throw him then use your normal attack button doing this you start stomping on his balls fun way to defeat him.

Thanks to you, I was able to canonically complete Assassin's Creed II, with Ezio stomping on the Pope's old shrivelled pruney and probably grey nuts while he was on the floor unable to do anything to stop me.
