Here, let me help you get some of the stats and names down. First of all its called the Mystical shield in game
Second of all for the ice queens claws its actually snow witch claws instead of snow queen claws (snow queen claws dont exist)

For reference matt= magic attack att. = attack def=defense mdef=magic defense eva = evasion acc= accuracy and if i say +curse or +confuse its usually the lines that say it occasionally confuses/curses an enemy

I never figured that out honestly! You'd think making the item the first time would unlock the recipe, but that's not the case. Either way, while I'm not actively playing the game right now, I'm still keen to update recipes as people make me aware of them, so definitely keep bugging me about it ^.^
