Intro
First and foremost, it is necessary that I give credit where credit is due and send you over to MangaEngel's 100% Achievement Guide. If you have already played a bit and want to get those last few achievements, that is the guide you want. This guide itself is partially based off it, so please give it some love and affection before you mess around with mine.

Now to the actual content. There are spoilers spoilers spoilers here; you have been warned.

The lowest number of (full) runs possible while getting 100% is 5. This is because of the traits. You need to run TTA twice, one where Gretchen survives and one where she doesn't, so that you can tell Frou-Frou and receive both "Evil Has Triumphed" and "Gretchen Sends Her Regards". You also need to run either powerful build or keen eye twice so that you can both save everyone ("Porqué no los Dos?" and "Pro Babysitter") and fail to use your trait ("Ya blew it"). (5 + 2 * 2) / 2 = 4.5, which rounds up to 5. Yay math.

Small chapter 3 update: There are five people you get the chance to spend some quality time with, and there is an achievement for each one. If you're going with full runs this is solidifying that fifth playthrough, but it could also be done with branching.

This is only one of many possible ways to get everything in five runs, but this is set up to get as many as soon as possible. This is in no way going to make consistent characters or even have the game be fun, but if you're speedrunning a visual novel I don't think you care about that.
Run #1 ~ Powerful Build + Street Smart
Run #1 uses powerful build + street smart, as there are a number of nice trait combos that should allow you to get over half the achievements is one run.

Day 1

The very first thing to do happens before you get off the bus. When bus guy offers you boiled peanuts, don't say that you are allergic. When you do this it makes you actually allergic to them, which might (I haven't tested) make it impossible to get "Cooking by the book" later.

When you are in the car with Tabitha, welcome her to the dead mom's club. At the mansion, pet the cat during the tour. These both set up stuff for later.

When Tabitha leaves, there are a number of achievement opportunities which don't have to go perfectly in this order. First go to the kitchen and fix yourself a PB&J to get "Cooking by the book". Pet Frou-Frou a second time for "What were you expecting?". Go explore the garden, then come back inside and go to the forbidden wings. Pick the lock, go inside, then move the furniture across the room. This might give you "Fusion-ha!", but out of all the achievements I am least confident that this one works. Even if it doesn't, there are a lot of other ways, so just look out for anytime an option has both of your traits. Last, go to your room. Exploring the whole house gets you "Urban Explorer". Open the drawers and make a cute little nest for Dustin, everyone's favourite boy. He deserves it. Also you'll get the "Hygge" achievement but that's not the important part.

When you head to town, pet Gretchen when she runs over to you and get "Can You Pet the Dog?". Indeed you can pet the dog. The rest of the time in town doesn't matter, so do whatever you want until you get to the woods. When you stop for snacks, ask Stella about her life. If you push in the right direction (not sure how but I don't think it's that hard) she'll tell you about her parents at which point you can welcome her to the dead moms club, getting "Junior Mouseketeer".

At the big decision of the day, use your trait to save both Duke and Gretchen. As you escape the forest, clear out a path to the truck and punch a ditchling. This will give you "Porqué no los Dos?" and "Squelch". Thanks to Jon Jones on discord for pointing out that If you save right before you choose between Duke and Gretchen, you can get "Ya blew it" with only a very quick branch. This completely gets rid of the 5th run, but it's not in the spirit of the game to save right before a big decision. Then again, so is speedrunning achievements.

Stay with Stella the rest of the night. You'll get "Slumber Party!" and meeting Sybil will help set up for tomorrow.

You've made it through day 1. "Ditchling", "Mx North Carolina", and "Candy From a Baby" are all awarded now.

Day 2

When you get to town, you'll see Sybil and Avery. Let Stella leave, then tell Avery what happened last night to get "Confidant". When Avery leaves, you'll have the option to say 'What is wrong with you people?' to Sybil. After you do, rant about everyone you can. This will get you "I Didn't Come Here to Make Friends". (Again, big thanks to MangaEngel for the 100% Achievement Guide. I would have never figured this out on my own.)

After that conversation is over, there are two options which do not necessarily have to go in order, similar to exploring the mansion on day 1. The first is to go to the diner to get "Coffee Date". The second is going to the general store. Ask about the chips, and Miles will tell you that you can steal them. Take a bag without paying to get "Sticky Fingers".

Once you've gotten both, go to the library and tell Kaneeka about Miles. When you start the research, don't read any books for "Father, how do I click the book?". Street smart should let you get away with it if you care about that.

When you get to Reese's house, tell his mom that you're going on adventures. When you leave, ride with Kaneeka and you'll get "Mystery Machine".

At the mines, go to Tabby's office and tell her that Stella and Kaneeka wanted you to snoop. Go back outside and talk to all three group of miners. After you've done that you'll get "I Want to Talk to Your Manager", "Ronnie the Rat", and "Nosy Nancy". When Wayne confronts you, try to punch him, then pull away his veil after you miss. This will get you "Imma deck you in the schnoz!" and "Prying Pandora".

At the mines, don't call Tabby before you enter, and when the big decision comes, escape with Rosalina for "Out of the Loop" and "Cutting Your Losses".

Now you've made it through day 2. As you end you'll be awarded "Tommyknocker", "Mx America", and "Stealing Your Grandma's Credit Card". You've already gotten over half of the achievements with only one playthrough.
Run #2 ~ TTA + Book Smart
Day 1

When you get to the house, take every chance to lie about how nice the house is. Tabby will yell at you but you'll have "The Boy Who Cried Nice House". After she leaves, go to the refrigerator and eat the takeout. Hold it in as long as you can. When you meet Gretchen, tell her you've met Frou-Frou. As you enter the diner, the takeout will have its vengeance and this time you won't have a choice to hold it in. You've ruined everyone's day, but at least you have "Patient Zero". Sometimes you have to make some sacrifices to get achievements definitely not foreshadowing for the next one.

In the woods, hold the flashlight for Duke and get "Old Yeller" Oh look foreshadowing. Walk back to the mansion instead of meeting Sybil for "Good Cousin", and when you get back don't tell Tabby about Wayne.

That's the end of day 1, much simpler than the previous run. You'll get "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" and "Linguini Ratatouille".

Day 2

An important thing to remember throughout the day is to not mention Wayne. This starts right at the start of the day if you see him or his footprint in the garden. In the morning talk to Frou-Frou, informing her of Gretchen and getting "Evil Has Triumphed".

In town, talk to Avery but don't tell them about last night, either by lying or saying you're still processing it. You'll get "Alright Then, Keep Your Secrets". When you're on your own go to the general store, but don't take anything for "Just Browsing". At the library, become the legendary "Loremaster" after you read every entry in all ~four~ books. If you've managed to not say anything about meeting Wayne when you leave the library, you'll get "Just the Two of Us". This is another achievement I would have never gotten without the other guide.

Walk with Stella to get to the mines, and when you get there only talk to one group of miners before returning to the van. You'll get "Into the Woods... Again" and "Stealth Run". Before you enter the mine, call Tabitha but don't wait for her, getting "Courtesy Call". When the big decision comes, go further into the mines to save everyone for "No Man Left Behind".

When the day ends you'll get "Magic Treehouse" and "Jane Goodall". Only 12 more to go, 11 if you look the small detour and blew it the first time.
Run #3 ~ TTA + Keen Eye
Day 1

When you first meet Gretchen, tell her about Frou-Frou. Save Gretchen in the woods and get "Poor Trigger Discipline". Make sure you go further into the woods and see the ditchling nest.

Good job, you've made it through day 1. You'll also get "Steve from Blue's Clues".

Day 2

In the morning tell Frou-Frou that Gretchen lives, and you'll get "Gretchen Sends Her Regards". At the library, read about the wampus cat in the cryptid book and remind Stella of the mountain lion at the nest. You'll achieve "I (Don't) Want to Believe" when she looks back at the video. At the mine, call Tabby and wait for her before entering to get "Minion". When you catch the kids escaping with keen eye, stop Rosalina for both everyone's safety and "Pro Babysitter". If you didn't take the "Ya blew it" detour in run #1 here's another chance.

At the end of the day you'll get "Inspector Clouseau". We're almost there.
Run #4 ~ Hot + Mystical
Your job this run is to be both Hot and Mystical. That is all. Day 1 you'll get "Bell Pepper" and "Ebony Dark'ness Dementia Raven Way". Day 2 you'll achieve "Poblano" and "Anakin Skywalker".
Run #5
If you took the detour and already blew it in either run #1 or #3, you've already gotten every achievement. If you haven't done it yet, the fastest way is to take Powerful Build, and when you reach day 1's big decision only save one of them. The other way is to take Keen Eye and let Rosalina escape down further into the mine.
Conclusion
If you've done everything here you should have every achievement (at least until ep 3 drops, yes this is bad timing). If my instructions didn't work please please comment here so I can fix it.

A little behind the scenes, I made a spreadsheet so I could quickly see any conflicts between achievements. Once we get our next episode it's going to get a lot bigger and more complicated.

Thanks for reading!
