NORCO is a rich world and amazing piece of story telling.

This guide is to flesh out how you can get all the achievements in it. Ive done my best to put them in the order they become available in the game.

Act 1 Achievements

Notes:
- Make sure to do the Monkey event at the very start of the Act if you plan to do any of the Monkey related achievements.
- Dont pet the cat more than once if you plan to get the Dogs and Cats achievement.
- Make sure to give Santa a dollar if you want to get the HO HO HO achievement
- Make sure to ask Dallas about "What would he like to be doing?" when you are sitting on the roof if you want to get the Joy! achievement
- Save before you do the Puppet Show minigame so you can reload if you need to for Bayou Boss
- Make sure to view the photo book in the House, examine your Portrait/Mind (especially about your Mom), ask about your mom and the ring when you talk to Duck the first time, and explore dialog options if you are going for Master of Confusion

Primale Stare

When you first wake up in your room in your house, use the Monkey, stare into his eyes, and beat the minigames.

Dim Illumination

Read the photo book that is sitting on the table in the living room of your House to easily get this one.

Full of Grace

Select "Kneel and Pray" at the Mother Mary statue outside of your House. The correct options are "Full of Grace", "Women", "Sinners", "Amen"

Class Traitor

Fight Troy outside of the Dimes Discount store to gain entry.

Félicette

Note: Do not do this one if you want to do Cats and Dogs in the same run. At the bookstore, pet the cat and do the minigame correctly until it blasts off through the roof. Do you have any idea how much roof repairs cost?

Forget It

When you first take over Catherine during Act 1 at the clinic. When memories come up to save, make sure to delete them all and save none.

Gatorcase

During the Puppet Show minigame where you drive the boat around, search the swamps until you find the case. Its in the top left at the end of a long byway that you enter in the top middle.

Bayou Boss

This achievement is about getting through the whole Puppet show mini game without taking damage by hitting the boat on the shore. During the Puppet Show minigame where you drive the boat around, Accept the Shrimp Mans request to kill the Alligator, and then go and kill the Alligator.

Cats and Dogs

After you feed dog food to Lucky's dog and it joins the party, go inside the bookstore. Click the dogs picture to send the cat into orbit.

Black Ink of the Mind

You should get this somewhere along Act 1 if you just talk to everyone.

Unmissable - Just keep playing until you get to the end of Act 1

Notes:
- Once you get the quest to get drugs for the Garrett in the mall hallway, make a save. This is so that you can get HO HO HO and PawPaw's Sprinkle.

Garrett Drip

Inside the Mall when you are trying to convince the Garretts there is a box of shirts on the right side of the Sleeping Quarters. Use the box to try on a shirt.

Showgoer's Tale

After making the poor man eat the hotdogs, when you come back to Catherine for the second time you will find him outside of the St Somewhere club when you have to come to it for the Garrett Apocraphya quest. Say "They seemed fresh to me" and then keep prompting him to tell the entire sad tale.

JOY!

After Dallas tells you where his home is on top of the roof in Catherine scene. Once you get the 3rd teaching of John, drive to Dallas home in Hollygrove. Inside the house interact with the family and get the gift.

Haunt Your Lonely Days

During the section where you attend the SHIELD party. After you speak to Laura St Claire, and you take the box of your mothers things and leave. She does a thing. Re-enter the room immediately after and read the letter on the table.

Pawpaw's Sprinkle

When you get the quest to go find drugs for the Garrett that is in the mall hallway, go to Lafreniere Park. Enter the restroom and use the urinal on the wall.

HO HO HO

When you get the quest to go find drugs for the Garrett that is in the mall hallway, go to Downtown. Go to the French Quarter. Talk to Santa and buy some downers. Must have given Santa the dollar earlier in the Act.

Act 2

Unmissable - Just keep playing until you get to the end of Act 2

Act 3 Achievements

LeBluggalo

When you first recover control of Kay in Act 3,you will be in LeBlanc the detectives house. Use the face paint on his desk 3 times. .

Metairie Angels

When you first recover control of Kay in Act 3, head to the Floodgate Tavern. Equip the Metairie Angels case on your phone and talk to the barkeep. Hand him your phone when he asks.

Fake Ring

Click on your own portrait to open your Mind. Then click on Blues small picture in the top left. Select "The Mausoleum" from the options. Drive to the newly opened Mausoleum location. Try to get into your mothers tomb but fail. Drive back to Home and go to the Backyard. Pick up the prybar. Return to the Mausoleum. Crack the crypt open and take the ring. Can be done as early as Act 1

Orphans Knockk

When you get to the Fishing Camp head to Unit B and knock on the door once. Proceed to only knock once 5 times in a row, going through the detectives dialog each time.

Meter

When you get to the Fishing Camp talk to the Fisherman and ask if it is his boat. Then head to Unit B and knock on the door rapidly. Talk to the Researchers inside to get the Meter.

Carnival Pig

When you first get into the boat to start navigating the Ghost Bayou, head directly south. Dive down where the sonar goes off for the Mardi Gras beads. Head further in, and take the hard right byway directly after the blinking red light under the underpass. See bottom graphics for locations of both.

Network Trouble

After you meet the Researchers and get the meter. Head to the eastern Red X in the Ghost Bayou. Use the Meter on the huge bird BEFORE you insert the eyes and then return the Meter to the Researchers. Can be done in conjunction with Terminal Network Meltdown.

Terminal Network Meltdown

After you meet the Researchers and get the meter. Head to the eastern Red X in the Ghost Bayou. Use the Meter on the remains of Superduck AFTER you insert the eyes and then return the Meter to the Researchers. Can be done in conjunction with Network Trouble.

Wet Monkey

As you navgiate the Ghost Bayou in the boat, near the very end, right before you reach Johns Lake, there will be a sonar spot. Dive down to find Monkey. Note: You must have picked up Monkey at the start of the game, and he must have flown out of the back of the truck on the way to the refinery in Act 2.

Bye Bye Brucey

Save your game prior to this one if you want to get Mister Monkey Man in the same run. You need to have gotten the recording from the Father in the Garage in Act 2. When you make it to Johns Pond and the Ark party, go knock on the storage container until Bruce answers. Play the recording of the Father asking Bruce to come home.

Mister Monkey Man

Save your game prior to this one if you want to get Bye Bye Brucey in the same run. You need to have gotten Monkey back by diving for him in the Ghost Bayou. When you make it to Johns Pond and the Ark party, go knock on the storage container until Bruce answers. Leave the conversation with him, and then before he can close the door, use Monkey from the inventory on Bruce.

Ditch Man Dead

Once you get through the swamps to the Ark site and party. Show the head of John to the soldier in the American flag mask. This will cause him to tell the sniper to not take a warning shot. Then give the head to the fake Ditch Man Garrett, record him saying he killed John, play the recording for the soldier in the American flag mask.

Like Pawpaw! Like Pawpaw!

Once you get through the swamps to the Ark site and party. Give John's head to the fake Ditch Man Garrett. Pretty sure this achievement is unmissable.

Will you make it out alive?

On the Ark spaceship, go to the mezzanine. Choose the right path. Choose the bookshelf. Select the first option.

Family Reunion

Inside of the space ship at the very end. Make sure that you have sent Bruce home via the monkey or the recording of his dad. PawPaw will try to initiate blastoff, but Bruce wont be there. PawPaw will leave the room. Quickly grab up your brother and mother and head out of the room to the Balcony. Everyone jump together!

Master of Confusion

As long as you are doing all of the dialog options and exploring you should get this by the end of Act 3. Note: You just have to fill all the empty spaces, you dont have to have all of the dialog options on each memory.

About "Bye Bye Brucey" and "Mister Monkey Man" - you get both of the achievements at once if you give the monkey to Bruce, as Webby mentioned earlier

As far as I know, you can get Cats and Dogs only in Act 2. Nice guide, very helpful!

You should be able to buy the dog food if you return to the gas station after the first visit. You may need to be on the part of the story where you have to break into the refinery and have the option of trying to recruit Lucky to be able to buy it.

need help about “Cats and Dogs” in Act1, how to feed the dog? I couldn't buy dog food, and did't figure out how to join the party

Yes after I thought about if I really want to get those achievements now or later I decided I at least try and yes after I got into the bayou and didn´t look in my inventory I got em.
"Just don´t look and go for it." And it worked.

There is a bug report in the forums about losing the meter, but I also noticed that if you try to return the meter to the scientists before you have done the scanning that it takes the meter from you and you cant complete things.

Apperently there is a bug with the meter for the Network Trouble and Terminal Network Meltdown. Because you can loose the meter.

I gave the monkey to Bruce and got both Bye Bye Brucey and Mister Monkey Man.
