Natural Anchievements:

These achievements unlock naturally as you play the game, assuming you’re doing the bare minimum and nothing more.

Goodie Two-Shoes: You get it after you let Nat sniff either the Noonbloom or the Duskflower.
Dentist for a Day: Unlocks after brushing Kamal’s teeth with the Pastey Brush.
Master Photographer: The achievement unlocks after you take the photo of Mirphy’s butt.
Friend of Clowns: Earned after making Ronbo happy and opening the Carnival.
Who’s There?: Achieved after making Gillis happy and opening the Lounge.
Miss Fortune: Gained after making Lulia happy and opening the Terrace.
Teeth: Procured after listening to Habit’s plans.
The way back home: As you leave the Habitat, this achievement follows you.

Happiness Achievements:

These achievements unlock when you’re making optional Habiticians happy.

Hired Gun: This will unlock after you hit Ronbo with a golf ball.
Tiny, Feathery Man: After you capture the y’owl for Borbra and give it to her, this will unlock.
One Man’s Trash: You unlock this after, uh, retrieving the Toilet Teeth from the Lounge’s toilet.
Pesky Bee: This is gotten after you’ve made 15 Habiticians happy.
Flower Brat: All 22 Habiticians have to be made happy for this to be attained.
True Anarchist: To get this you have to break the Pickle Jar on Randy.
Good Neighbor: Acquired by asking Gillis to open the Pickle Jar instead of slamming it against Randy’s head multiple times.
Out of Quack: When given the Rubber Duck (aka the "Rubber Stuff I Stole”), you’ll burn it for this achievement.
Pursuit of Quackiness: Alternatively, you can give the Rubber Duck to Gillis, who Tim Tam stole it from and get this achievement. Tim Tam won’t know the difference.

Ending-Based Achievements:

These are unlocked at the end of the game, though for some of them you’ll need to take extra steps before the final day to achieve them.

Residual Melancholy: The “neutral” ending - you have to leave the Habitat with some of the Habitcians left unhappy and in their collage forms.
Smile for You: The “bad” ending - once you’ve escaped the dentist chair you need to punch Habit out the window and then off his balcony, killing him.
Flower Friend: The “good” ending - you’ve not only made all the Habiticians happy, but you’ve given Habit the Tooth Lily! You grow the Tooth Lilly by planting the Erythronium Seed Millie gave you in the planter box in your windowsill, then giving it a Kiss (gotten from Jerafina), and Drink (gotten from Jimothan if you show him the Janitor ID) and then brushing its teeth with the Pastey Brush. You should be able to pick it like how the flowers at the beginning of the game were - with the hand.

Extra Achievements:

These achievements are technically unnecessary to get to complete any of the endings. They’re for fun or 100%ing.

Nosey Posey: You have to find the five diary pages to unlock this. You get the pages by making Trevor, Trencil, Gerry, and Tim Tam happy along with beating the first round of Whack-A-Molar.
Crowning Achievement: If you get a score of 28 or higher on the second round of Whack-A-Molar, this will be unlocked.
Life of the Party: After you’ve made Jerafina happy you accept her kiss (and this achievement).
Heartbreaker: Shake your head no after Jerafina offers you the kiss and you’ll have garnered this achievement.
