Step 1: Locate the install folder
Find the folder where the game data is installed. For example, my install location is:

D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online
Step 2: Delete the voice over files for your unused languages
In this folder there are three folders that hold the in-game voice over data. They are labled vo_de, vo_en, and vo_fr. If you are only playing the game in english, then you can keep the folder labled vo_en and delete the two other folders.

This will reduce the games folder size by about 20GB!
Step 3: Profit
Now go enjoy playing ESO with more space on your hard drive!

Just delete this entire game guys it's a 100gb of saved space and a countless hours saved for better games

@RetroRogue, the process the original post claimed is true, if your game isn't running any longer then it was something you did on your end. Would suggest reading thru carefully and not deleting files on a whim.

I have been clicking on verify the 4th time now and it is not updating the files. RIP. Have to download the game all over again.

Do not uninstall those files. Your game won't start.
