As it turns out, the "ancient language" symbols are, in fact, English letters. And that's how they correspond to the alphabet:

This will be enough to read everything. Below are the translations of each mural if you don't want to do it yourself.

"All hail the foretold one..." and "Dirt is their nemesis..." are carried over to the top corners of other murals.

Some letters are more common than others, like the "e" and the other vowels. If you identify the "e" and find a three letter words with e at the end, which is used often, you typically have "the", so "t" and "h". With that, you can start to unravel the letters.
