Introduction
The game has been completed many times, so in an attempt to maintain interest in it, new challenges and builds were invented. In particular, the goal was to create the most protected character, but not to use either armor or weapons. And so he was born ...
Character and attributes
-Male character. We will need Brianna's Battle Precognition
-Jedi Sentinel. Since the goal of the build is maximum invulnerability, passive immunity from most debuffs will come in handy.
-Attributes. 16 to Dexterity, Wisdom, Constitution. Constitution is needed only for implants, it must be 18. We add two more points as the character leveling up, all further points are either in Dexterity or Wisdom (which will also go to defense through Battle Precognition). If we immediately throw 18 into the Constitution from the start, then we will lose points for other attributes, and acquire HP that is completely unnecessary for this build.
Feats & Powers
Feats:
Master Flurry is the main attack of our boxer. The ability will give an additional attack without penalties to attack and defense. We max it out and forget about the rest of the attacks.
Master Conditioning +3 Saving Throws. We take this ability before the prestige class.
Master Dueling +3 attack and defense unarmed. Exactly what is needed.
Master Toughness - Adds HP and cuts damage. Not necessary, but it can come in handy when we are get hit and to speed up the walkthrough in some locations.
Regeneration Force Points and Vitality Points are also optional.
Unlimited Powers:
Force Storm. Despite playing on the light side, this force combined with high Wisdom will help a lot in Trayus Academy and the Jekk'Jekk Tarr. And in any other crowd of enemies. Must have.
Master Valor +5 to all stats and saving throws. Also essential.
Force Armor +6 Armor and Saving Throws. Although, there are reports that the ability is bugged with saving throws.
Master Speed +4 defense and +2 attacks per round.
Force Enlightenment - an ability obtained by the end of the game for the light side. Launches the light trio above with one click, which is simply necessary for invulnerability in battles with the Triumvirate.
Battle Precognition - Adds a bonus from Wisdom to Defense. Ask Brianna all you want, but you must get this ability.
Force Immunity - Complete immunity to The Force attacks from any opponent.
Master Battle Meditation - I somehow forgot about it by the end of the game, but it gives +4 to attack and damage to our group, and -4 to enemies. Missing attack once again, I remembered that I could throw in a couple of points here and avoid it.
Force Redirection - reflect shots with bare hands. Not only beautiful but also very useful for such type of a character.
Prestige class and Items
Jedi Weapon Master. The light side is needed beacuase most of our abilities are light-sided and Force Enlightenment, which activates three light forces at once, is not available to the dark side. Also this class has Increase Melee Damage - includes unarmed damage, Inner Strength - a decrease in damage received and Mastery Bonus with a maximum of light points (+3 to physical Strength). Don't we also need to hit somehow?

Only leveling up is not enough. Appropriate items are needed, and the Constitution for implants should already be 18. But beacuse of the random drop, which depends not only on luck but also on the level of the player and location / merchant, it is impossible to say exactly where you will find or not the desired item. You can use help of wonderful StrategyWiki, there are descriptions and places with the highest chance. At high levels, very good items are usually dropped at Talia Palace and Trayus Academy. Here's what I have found:

1. Universal D-Package +2 to all attributes.
2. Circlet of Saresh +5 Wisdom.
3. Aratech Echo Belt +4 Dexterity.
4. Exile's Armband +1 to Constitution (not random, always in a locker on Peragus II).
5. Lightning Gloves +2-12 Electrical damage bonus, +1 attack when unarmed, damage resistance 10/- vs. Electrical.

Having applied Force Enlightenment with stimulants, you can safely go and feed the Lord of Hunger and his friends with your fists. Good luck to them hitting you.
Epilogue
This way you get a character like this:
It may differ for you because of the drop.
Make your own interesting characters and have fun in this great game!

ManLit,
Really, there is no debuff, but if I can do this to the mighty Sith Lords naked with the same effect, why would I use it? I'm already not using a weapon, so yeah it's for boxer's role-playing purposes (and to show off to the Old Republic).

Would robes not be the perfect option from a min-max perspective? I believe you get access to robes with Jedi Defense which you get automatically at a certain point(?)

Are there hidden debuffs to wearing robes in this build or is the naked part just for flavor?

Major Pasties,
If you want to choose Hanmaiden or Disciple, look for PartySwap mod. I've never tried it by myself so I can't say about compatibility but I know people are using it.

Also, if you like it and tried in another game, maybe you should write a guide for others too?

I love this build so much that it made me play way of the open hand monk in BG3, and now that I beat the game with that build I want to do this build again. Too bad you cannot choose handmaiden or disciple because I wanted to try this out on a female character

traviniperv,
Indeed, could be useful for low-level character. For the late game the main goal is to find Lightning Gloves with 2-12 Electrical damage bonus.

by the way, theres these Unarmed Accuracy Gloves you can find or buy as early as Telos Citadel in the various shops. Damage +2. Attack +1. Reflex +1. Pretty good for your unarmed build.

traviniperv,
Difficulty settings have no effect on item drop but your character's level has. Also some NPC's have determined list of items which is available on StrategyWiki.

Dont scoff. On hard difficulty the game is brutal, and especially the parts where you have to fight alone. Good news is item drops are mostly random, and on higher difficulty settings you get better random loot. Once I got an immortality belt on the space station.
