You can still get a refund after 2 hours however you have to be very convincing

bro buildings kept going on the field and I did Face of the franchise but when I chose cb and I played as a cb it gave me points for qb and skill points were for qb.

same bullshit here. ultimate team worked for me once, i got in a pretty nice session that surpassed 2 hours. I try again the next day and have been unable to connect to ea servers ever since. Unable to get a refund because i have exceeded 2 hours. Nice little scam they have going on here.

i dont think its necessary to make a new madden game every year it should just be for a new console , they should focus on updates and expansion packs .
