Monster may simply mean this car was the monster of the monsters, since the Lancia 037 managed to beat the AWD Audi quattro to the constructor's title in 1983, despite being RWD.
Forza on the Ferraris probably refers to the favorite chant of Ferrari fans, simply "Forza Ferrari!". I guess it means something like "Go Ferrari" or "Ferrari Power" or something like that.
