click on the save name on the top right corner of the save screen

locate, in "saves," the save number you want to edit

i have a ♥♥♥♥ ton so i have to click the save no. in the save screen

in your save file, locate "SaveData," then open it

once you have it opened, scroll down a bit until you see either the line ""playerEntity": {" or ""careerTemplate": {"

don't worry about the following lines:
"Paralysis": "Normal",
"Magic": "Normal",
"Poison": "Normal",
"Fire": "Normal",
"Frost": "Normal",
"Shock": "Normal",
"Disease": "Normal",
"ShortBlades": "Normal",
"LongBlades": "Normal",
"HandToHand": "Normal",

"BluntWeapons": "Normal",
"MissileWeapons": "Normal",
"UndeadAttackModifier": "Normal",
"DaedraAttackModifier": "Normal",
"HumanoidAttackModifier": "Normal",
"AnimalsAttackModifier": "Normal",
"DarknessPoweredMagery": "",
"LightPoweredMagery": "",

above the ignored lines and your primary, major, and minor skill lines, you'll see your stats. there are two, so make sure to set BOTH of them to 100 (the second one is located a bit more down under ""stats": {")

if you have forbidden armors, materials, etc. that you'd like to be permitted, simply remove the forbidden stuff INSIDE the quotation marks.

now you are a god probably at level 1
