1. Start new game

2. click anywhere on the screen until game finishes (I used a macro/auto-clicker for ultimate laziness)

3. Once you have gone through the story click on top of the dresser in the main menu to open an extra scene

4. Click click click again anywhere on the screen

5. you now have 100% achievements in this game
