There are 5 "Ace" achievements, one in each world, you can get them by completing all the levels of a world with 3 stars. The question is: "What do the stars mean?"

- Blue star: You will get this by beating the level, that's all.
- Green star: You have to complete the level under a certain time set in each world. You can see the qualifier time when you complete the level, right here:

- Yellow star: All what you have to do to get this star is complete the level with 100% accuracy.

"Hungry Samurai"

NOTE: Achievement filed as a secret

- Complete the level until this location:


- You will see this platform under you:


- Jump on it and you will get this achievement!

- Finish the level normally, when you are in the last part, jump to this platform:


- Now jump to the next platform and you will get it!

"Pearl Dagger"

NOTE: Achievement filed as a secret

LOCATED IN 3-9

- Follow the path to the cross shown here:


- You will see a drop, just go there


- There is the secret of this level!






NOTE: Achievement filed as a secret

LOCATED IN 4-15

- Finish the level normally, when you get to the finish pole jump the fence behind it and get close to the martini's glass:


- Jump on it and you will get the secret!

- All what you have to do is shoot yourself. How? Jump and spam shots below you until one of them hits you.






- You only have to parry a bullet at right angles, not dodge it. Best way would be to go to world 5 and shoot the slower bullets from the side. Thanks to "vidhvat" (The Develover) for clearing me how to get this!

This section is dedicated to obtaining the most elusive secret in the game: the Shrine of the Lovely Planet.

There are some prerequisites though, so complete these secrets found in this guide before attempting the main sequence:

1. Obtain all 4 Gun Colors (refer to previous section) (you don't really need them for this achievement, but it will unlock another one)

2. Discover the secret in world 5-13

First off, let me explain the process behind finding this secret. When you discover the secret in world 5-13, notice the tablet in the raised section of the clearing.



While I am not sure what this means, the Japanese here is identical to that in the name of world 1-9, and the "(city)" is the hint to look in that world.



So, go to world 1-9 and clear the level of all enemies. Then stand about where this picture is. (Where you stand most likely doesn't have an impact on whether or not this works)


Once in position, look at the Lovely Planet. You will know if the secret can be activated if blue stars pulse from your gun at a steady interval. (Like in the picture above)


Simply stare at the Lovely Planet for approximately 30 seconds and if done correctly, the screen will flash. Turn around to see the shrine and jump to it to collect this elusive secret.

This section is dedicated to discovering the 4 hidden gun colors required for the Rainbow Gun achievement.

Blue Gun - World 3-4

1. In the first hall get to the final of it and turn to the left when you see the friendly cube


2. There is the new color!


Purple Gun - World 4-13

1. Complete the level normally, when you get to the finish pole, go behind it and jump down:



2. There is the gun's color!



Light Green Gun - World 5-6

(This is the short method, you can also complete the level and have a good view if you wish)
1. At the start of the level, turn around.



2. You'll have to jump out and look to the right to see the warp enemy.



3. Here you'll find the Light Green Gun!


Pink Gun - World 5-12

(This is also the short method, and this gun can be obtained by proceeding through the level as normal as well)
1. When you start this level, look up and to the right to find a warp enemy. Be quick to shoot him!



2. Quickly warp between enemies and shoot the apple to clear the level of obstacles, but don't end the level. Instead, drop down behind the goal pillar.




3. Enjoy!

This achievement consist in finding all the secrets hidden in the worlds, here is a list in case that you want to get them by your own gameplay. Also there are other sections below with all the secrets explained with pictures.

1st Secret (Level 1-7)

- When you turn around, the path is to the left, instead going to the left go to the right and you will see this fence:


- Jump over the fence, get close to the bag and you will get this secret!

2nd Secret (Level 1-10)

- At the beginning of the level, go trough that passage and turn right:


- Then jump to the island and you will get it!

3th Secret (Level 1-20)

- Close to the first friendly cube that you will see, turn right and you will see a platform below:


- Jump on it and you will get it!

1st Secret (Level 2-5)

- Finish the level normally, when you are in the last part, jump to this platform:


- Now jump to the next platform and you will get it!

2nd Secret (Level 2-8)

- At the beginning of the level you will this beach ball:


- Jump on it and there will be a booster that will get you to the secret!

3th Secret (Level 2-15)

- In the first hall get to the final of it and turn to the left when you see the friendly cube

2nd Secret (Level 3-9)

- Follow the path to the cross shown here:


- You will see a drop, just go there


- There is the secret of this level!

3th Secret (Level 3-11)

- Complete the level normally until you get to this location, then brake these red balls:


- Jump down but be careful with the spikes, just pass betweem them.


- Turn right and there is a cute M4 waiting you!

4th Secret (Level 3-12)

- The first step is killing the 2 enemies at the beginning of the level so you can do it quietly:


- Now get on top of the first rock (behind the first fence), jump to the triangle shown in the picture and turn right:


- Just jump to the next hill and there is the secret!

5th Secret (Level 3-14)

- Kill all the enemies, then jump to the hill that is behind the first friendly cube and turn right:


- Jump down and you will get it!

1st Secret (Level 4-4)

- Complete the level normally, when you get to the finish pole, look at your right and on top of the hill you will see a fence, climb going over the hill and go there:


- There you will get the secret!

2nd Secret (Level 4-13)

- There is the secret! It's also a gun's color

3th Secret (Level 4-15)

4th Secret (Level 4-17)

5th Secret (Level 4-18)

- At the beginnig of the level, when you see this fence pass over it and quickly turn right:

2nd Secret (Level 5-11)

- Finish the level normally, when you are close to the finish pole, jump on the rock and the on top of the fence:


- Now just walk over the brown ledge and jump right:


- There is the secret!

3th Secret (Level 5-12)

(This is also the short method, and this gun can be obtained by proceeding through the level as normal as well)
- When you start this level, look up and to the right to find a warp enemy. Be quick to shoot him!


- Quickly warp between enemies and shoot the apple to clear the level of obstacles, but don't end the level. Instead, drop down behind the goal pillar.


- Enjoy!

4th Secret (Level 5-13)

- Clear the zone of enemies, then jump to the brown ledge behind the finish pole, look right and you will see a teleporter guy:


- Shoot him and follow this path:


- Now shoot and look for the next teleporter guy, right to the left between the hill at your left:


- Shoot the next teleported guy and clean all this zone of snow and red bubbles:


- After you clean the zone, you will see 2 tablets, get close to them and you will get it!
