-First right click on the game in steam
-Go to "installed files"
-Then click on move the installation of the game to your where you installed steam for me its my NVME C:

Another way I forgot I did this but try
-Type in the windows bar "Advanced system settings"
-Then click on "Settings" on the performance
-Then go to "Data Execution Prevention"
-Turn on the second DEP option to select programs
-Then click on add
-Then click on the arrow and select where you put the game
-Then select causal.exe
-Then its gonna require that you restart your PC
