Notes / Spoiler Warning
I HIGHLY recommend playing the game and play as you like to properly experience the story before reading this guide. This guide is all spoilers HOWEVER if you want to get ahead, you can make note of your song choices (probably easiest by colour) to help in the long run for Maestro.

You can press 'N' to skip scenes but you cannot skip songs. The song runtime is a little over an hour so depending on how much your skip, each run will take minimum 1.5 hours.
Playthroughs Required
A minimum of 3 full playthroughs is required. To avoid a full 4th playthrough:
1. Romance Freddie and Persphone on the same run, stay with Persphone and flirt with them both
2. Save Freddie and choose her, complete the game with her
3. Reload starting at It's Time, and let Freddie go, then finish romancing Persphone
4. Reload one more time at Confront Persphone, and break it off with Persphone to get the solo epilogue

You will need to do a final load of The Throne since there is 4 options for it plus probably many others for the Maestro achievement (7 variations of the Ritual alone!), but you don't need to complete the run for it to count!

Orpheus DLC
You need at least 3 playthroughs of the DLC. Took me about an hour and 15 minutes to beat. Replays took about 30 minutes (skipping old scenes).

One More Song
Triggers after the first song if Orpheus isn't on the throne.

Return of the King
Start with a base game save with Orpheus on the throne and it will pop after the first song reprise(?) when you're in the modern world (Thanks fluffycatsandtattoos on Reddit <3)

Outside Looking In
During speed dating, choose cat ears, woman yearning for love, a date with marvellous hair (might be out of order), and smartly dressed man. After that, choose a negative dialogue option (red or blue I think) to end the song. Then tell Hermes "maybe it's not meant to be" and it should ditch Hermes. You'll meet Medusa in the bar. You'll get the achievement after her song.

You can also get Medusa I think by finishing the full song and choosing a negative option with Hermes but I don't have a guaranteed direction like the above.

The Meaning of Love
After speed dating, choose "I'll have to keep trying" or other positive options to stay with Hermes and you'll meet Eros in the bar. You'll get the achievement after his song.

Orpheus Has No Rizz
Flirt with Medusa/Eros, Hermes and Grace (and fail hah)

Ending Achievements
You make the choice during Something New but the achievements pop after the epilogue song based on your choice

A Mortal Life
Ending as a mortal (red choice)

In Search of Fate
Ending with a quest (blue choice)

Back to the Dead
Ending with "no this is over" (green choice)

Thank @Curious_Kat! I've updated the guide to clearly state that

One More Song pops if Orpheus is not on the throne. A very helpful guide - thanks for writing and updating it for the DLC.

After some more "research", I feel more confident that you can play the song however you want - positive or negative but as long as you end with a negative response to Hermes, you can get to Medusa. However, I realized I always selected the "a date with marvellous hair" option and Orpheus sings about Medusa so I'm not 100% sure that doesn't affect things. If anyone get Medusa WITHOUT selecting that, let me know and then we know for sure. It's weird though that there might be a circumstance where there isn't a dialogue option to lead to Medusa but I cannot find it myself.

Sweet it sounds like selecting green for soul eyes, the woman who yearns for more and the money guy in one go is a solid method to get her if you pick either soul eyes or money guy in the end. I can't remember my original choices that resulted in Medusa, but I did some testing yesterday and found those consistently got the Medusa dialogue options (even when picking different prospects alongside them). Sometimes the dialogue options alter slightly like "you didn't think to tell me"/"this was never going to work" /this was never meant to be"/"you tried your best". I'd like to crack the pattern to get a quicker result though.

It's funny because I've also rejected everyone and had every single dialogue option lead to Eros!

Yo hi! Thanks for commenting!

For me it was interesting because I got Medusa my first 2 playtroughs but saw Eros in the credits and thought - how the heck to I see him!?

I think I picked different choices in New Love both times. The 1st time it had me pick between 3 suitors and I did pick (soul eyes) and it goes bad (as expected) so Orpheus was pretty bummed after and I said "wasn't meant to be". The 2nd time I wasn't flirting and was being very anti love that the song actually ended after 3 suitors, very fast! And then accidentally chose the same line with Hermes and got Medusa again (trying to skip too fast!)

I wish I could remember the choices in my 2nd playthrough.. I'm away camping now so I cannot double check but I'm pretty sure I had the Derryn girl, streaming girl, and money guy and told them all off.

I hope that helps but if anyone gets a specific route, I'll update the guide!

hey that's me! thanks for the mention :)

I just wanted to add, I found out finding Medusa is actually far more complicated than I initially thought. With some trait choices during Find a Love, none of the dialogue options for Medusa will appear. It's a thing that might have to be tested more, to find the easiest route to follow for a guide. I edited my initial comment in the Reddit thread, but I figured I'd chuck that info here, too.

SuperKimbit  [author] 30 Mar, 2024 @ 8:12am
These are new achievements. I believe they are planning a DLC and these achievements are related. Right now they are just called a placeholder name like SG_Achievement 38 ...etc. I'll update the guide once they are live and I figure them out!
LiaraShepard 30 Mar, 2024 @ 12:13am
I have all of these achievements but apparently there's 8 hidden ones to get?
