The Deck
The deck uses focus to quickly build up shield and then anihilate all enemies using Ultimate Magic

to copy the deck use code:
*Fixed*

OC2#|-3106G0AM00C00C000|-5K06G0AM04I00C00C|-D206G00M00M00M000|-BA0E606G02U000000|-8N0E60DM0DM06G000|-8J0E60DM0DM05M000|-8G0EQ0EQ06Q06Q000|-5L0EQ0EQ0F000C000|-5Q0EQ0EQ0F004I000

The deck is designed to play left to right in the order of
1. Sever
2. Shield
3. Pick Up Stone
4. Rest
5. Extender Defender
6. Ultimate Magic

The rest of the cards will not be used. They are to be discarded when you rest, Save for Shield Bash of course

First discard
7th card. Psychokinesis

then 8th card Blizzard

Finally, discard Poison Strike

Shield Bash is only to be used in the final battle after you have well over 9k shield.
Gameplay Loop
The order of cards has already been covered so we will focus on what to prioritize first.

1st. Rare enemies are the most likely to give you good treasures that will help the deck

2nd. Mutated enemies offer incremental value so they are another high priority

3rd. Normal Monsters, every combat gives you the chance to build up more shield so they are nice.

4th. Shops at least can give a helpful relic

5th. Rests, the only useful thing from rests is that you get to recover cards with the SECOND CHOICE ONLY, if you have/choose to go to a rest site play cards in the order of 2,3,4,5 end then repeat that resting in combat before finally playing the loop of 1-6, doing so will let you get some value out of resting at least

6th. Events, they do not help the deck at all ignore.

The deck build up shield exponentially so in the beginning sheild gains will be small however after the elite the gains should only become better and better, going into the Mona fight my shield bash could do 18k dmage turn 1 without playing anythihng first

I will say for the first and only time this is a time where taking the Hot Spring Bun is actually helpful since you will attack only once or twice so its damage buff could potentially push you forwards enough to hit 9999 if you somehow don't have at least that much shield
Ideal Treasures
When it comes to treasures This Deck doesn't really rely on them too much however, Magic Shield from Rare Enemies is quite helpful for building up defense with focus

After that Blood Scythe is pretty helpful

Mutated Scroll I is quite nice for the same reason as Magic Shield

Finally, the last really helpful treasure is Ruby Necklace

Some honorable mentions are:

Wooden Shield, it helps to build defenses

Mallet of Destruction

Other than these no other treasures are inherently useful.

In Conclusion
The deck is incredibly easy to pilot and can be used to either let Mona build up to 10 stacks for that achievement or to get 9999+ damage from shield bash

Oh, one more thing-

Do NOT try to shield bash Mona if you are hunting for the 9999 damage achievement.

You have to actually kill the mob to register the achievement. Mona's HP never drops below 1 and technically doesn't count. I have to find out the hard way that my 20K+ damage shield bash I was holding back the whole time, one-punched defeated Mona and doesn't get the achievement, which I have to dungeon another round. Just bash some random mob along the way when you get the chance.

Not sure if the game has been updated and broke the deck code. I've noticed the rune icons in the guide are different from the ones in-game . For those of you found the deck code from OP is not what it shown, use the following:

OC2#|-3106G04I00C00C000|-B406G00M00M00M000|-D206G07U00M00M000|-BA0E606G02U000000|-370E60DM0DM0DM000|-8J0E60DM0DM05M000|-8G0EQ0EQ06Q06Q000|-5L0EQ0EQ06Q06Q000|-5Q0EQ0EQ06Q06Q000|-2Y0DM0DM05C00C000

Kudos to @GraniteGlasses for showing details for each card in the deck, which makes this guide still usable when the deck code failed. If mine doesn't work, just follow the guide and hand built the deck.

@†, I got the Extender Defender and Ultimate Magic by completing the 81st Floor Secret Path and obtaining the Normal Ending (NE).

As you have already seen the Bad Ending (BE) and Happy Ending (HE), go to "Una's House" and select "Make Different Choices". When given the choice to [tell Una] or [don't tell Una], choose [don't tell Una] to get the Normal Ending.

Currently 60-75% through the game, running Poison Combo Counterattack which is super fun but once I have all the t3 runes here then I'll give this deck a run :heart_eye:
