Crossplatform Achievements
You can associate your profile with your Microsoft Account and get achievements on both platforms. And every achievement you have got before will be unlocked, so if bought the game on Microsoft Store and want to show them on Steam you can.

Achievement Wont Unlock
If you clearly did what the achievement asked you to do, or you checked the statistics and your clearly have done the requisites but even so he didn't unlock, try to reload the game and check for your connection, after this it may work.

Need Someone To Unlock Achievements Together?
Ask for people on https://discord.com/invite/gearsofwar, you may find someone who wants to unlock the same achievement as you.
You can also create custom rooms inside the game with a title that could tell other players you are aiming to get the achievement.

In order to get this achievement you can:
  • Go to versus in multiplayer and create an online private game with bots on "Nexus" map on a Free for all (8 or 14 players) and set the round points to 100.

  • Go to Horde mode in a online private game with no bots in whatever difficulty (including begginer)

This can be done in a private match. Private games work for all the three map achievements (Tomb, Ephyra, and Ritual).

1. MULTIPLAYER > VERSUS > CUSTOM ONLINE > HOST PRIVATE (at the top of the screen) > GAME SETUP > GAME MODE
Many game modes works but we will pick "ARCANE DEATHMATCH".

2. Lock all enemies slots.

3. Select "Ephyra" map.

You can see a icon fan on the map, should be on the right. You will find a green light on it with a switch. Hit that switch and it will activate a "venom fan".

The achievement description says characters from operation 2 or 3, but operation 1 seems to be working too.

This achievement can be done in a PRIVATE MATCH. You don't need to do it in competitive.
In order to get this achievement I will give you some tips by myself:

SETTINGS
1. Select MULTIPLAYER > VERSUS > CUSTOM ONLINE > HOST PRIVATE (at the top of the screen) > GAME SETUP > GAME MODE > 2x2 GNASHERS

2. Then select 2X2 GNASHERS OPTIONS and:
2.1. Set FILL WITH BOTS to On
2.2. Set BOT DIFFICULTY to BEGINNER
2.3. Select ROUNDS TO WIN any higher value (you can quit the match anytime)
2.4. Set DBNO TIME to 60 so you have plenty to down and execute both
2.5. Set SWAP ALL WEAPONS to ENFORCER ONLY or any weapon that could down the enemy but not kill it directly

3. Lock the other ally slot so you will play a 1x2.

4. Start the match.

PLAY STYLE
Down one enemy and instead of executing it right away notice that the other will stop doing anything he's doing to directly run to save his ally. Down he too and execute both you have plenty time to do this.

Create a private match on gridiron game mode with bots. You can turn all the weapons on the map to be a grande (it takes long time to do this but I did it like this, since going under Weapon Substitutions and replacing all guns with Frag Grenades made the bots stay buggy on same place once for me).
Plant it close to a enemy and attract it to the grenade and it's done.

Split Screen
You can also do it on Split screen without bots, in this case you can under "Weapon Substitutions" in options replace all the guns with Frag Grenades since there won't be bots to stay buggy on the same place if you do this.

What I Did (Online)
In Horde play as Jack and get 10K fabricator points to buy a forge from the fabricator.

If you are not the owner of the match you can make a Weapon Locker, exit, get another character and play buying weapons putting them on the Weapon Locker (of course you can upgrade it or make more Weapon Lockers to make it easier for you).
When you have everything you need you can go back as Jack and melt everything, just be sure to do it on beginner to not ruin anyone's match.

You can also ask for other people to buy a weapon and put it on the weapon locker for you if there are few weapons remaining, remember to be nice with others they don't owe you anything.

What You Also Can Do (Private Match)
You can play split screen alone or with a friend in a private game and to the same steps, you don't even need the weapon locker if you just drop the weapon on the ground, you can do this holding the button to select the weapon for a few seconds.

At Chapter 4 Recollection after fighting (the first you do in the mission) you will eventually have to open a door to proceed.
Open that door and once you get the collectible "The Jourey: Carved Canoe" (on the table in front of you) you will also get a checkpoint.We will use this checkpoint until you get the required kills.
Proceed on to the mission and drop down a little drop where you will find some Juvies. Kill them and go back to last checkpoint you should end up back at the door repeating until the achievement pops.

Hello! Thank you for you support it really means a lot for me.
At the moment I don't think so, it should unlock any Vtrol skin but if you want you can try to change the game mode (to KOTH or Execution 2.0 for example) to try to unlock it.
Sometimes, the game also may get buggy and show the unlock on game restart (because connection issues + statistics update).
I know this situation may be a lot frustrating. Please tell me if you could unlock it later.
