Thank you, wish dualsense got support in everygame... such a good controller.

I notice a lot of PC games don't have native support for DuelSense. It very well may have been in an update. But it for sure works now. --Sidenote, my DuelSense is connected via cable, not bluetooth.

First of all thanks for your comment @Omega i really appreciate you put your time for trying to help me, I don't remember exactly what was the problem since it was more than a year ago but i do remember that if i disable steam controller nothing will happen I can't use my controller like the game wont recognize it, if i enable it, it work fine but with XBOX buttons. not matter what i'll do it was always the same problem. and judging by how popular this guide become I'm not the only one with this issue.

Anyway maybe now after all this time they made some update that fix it ? I don't know i finish the game twice so I'm totally satisfied

I also want to add that with other games I don't have this problem as long as that game support PS buttons.

This game has native PS5 controller support. Select it in steam, and on the right side select controller settings> "Disable Steam Controller" and the game will auto-detect the controller.

This is because when using Steam Controller, steam detects your controller even if it's not supported, and sends it to the game as if it were a default joypad/controller (such as xbox) in doing this it will always display like an Xbox. If disabled, it allows the game to detect naturally without Steam being a go-between.

There are other games like this as well, such as Vrising. Before launchign a game, check the controler options, it will tell you if there is Full/Partial/None support for all three controller types.

Para joy-con de nintendo ni idea, has probado desactivando el steam input y dejando activo el joy-con ? en propeidades de mandos.

es que esta guia es porque mi PS5 Dualsense no funciona nativamente con steam a pesar de que supeustamente el fix es desactivando el steam input al hacer eso mi mando deja de funcionar con el juego

Y para nintendo cual sería el codigo? o no lo hay?
