Apparently 2k doesnt care about this game so maybe i can help you guys if you have this blurry photo mode bug

go to Documents\My Games\Marvel's Midnight Suns\Saved_Steam_[your steam id\Config/WindowsNoEditor and click engine.ini
When you openned engine.ini you can just paste this code to empty place

[ConsoleVariables]
Fxs.Photobooth.LockedResolutionHeight=1440

my resolution is 1440p if you are using 1080p just change the last part.
