Unlock Yunica's schoolgirl outfit.
Yunica's schoolgirl outfit can be purchased for SP in the Bonus Shop. The Bonus Shop/Arena mode can be accessed after beating the game once on any difficulty with ALL three characters. Before you can purchase the outfit, it must be unlocked. To unlock you must beat the game on EVERY difficulty with all three characters OR beat the game with the EX versions of all three characters on any difficulty. To get the EX versions you must purchase through Bonus Shop.

Unlock any character's EX version.
You can purchase the EX version of characters through the Bonus Shop with SP earned through fighting in the Arena. The Bonus Shop/Arena mode can be accessed after beating the game once on any difficulty with ALL three characters. EX versions of Yunica, Hugo, and Toal will be available after purchasing Adol (Felghana Version) for 500,000 SP.

Bursting at the Seams

When playing as neither Yunica nor Hugo, completely refrain from using Burst until the final encounter.
After starting a new game with the third playable character, DO NOT use your Burst mode (not to be confused with Boost mode, you get Burst later in game) until the final boss. Once you get the achievement you can use Burst.

You can spend SP earned from the Arena in the Bonus Shop. The Bonus Shop/Arena mode can be accessed after beating the game once on any difficulty with ALL three characters. Earn enough points to buy everything CURRENTLY available in the shop. That is, if you haven't unlocked any of the extra items yet you can still get this achievement. Just buy ALL of whatever is on the screen at any given time.

Complete Boss Rush on Nightmare difficulty with all versions of all characters.
Work your way through Boss Rush on Nightmare difficulty with all three characters. Boss Rush can be accessed after unlocking Time Attack mode by beating the game once on any difficulty with any character.

Cryptozoologist

Fight all enemies (excluding bosses) enough times to fill in all blank data entries for them in your monster journal.
Check your monster journal for the stats of enemies. You must fight each normal enemy until you have all data for each. You will have to be careful with those enemies that glow red which you must defeat for various doors to unlock. You have to kill only a couple then leave the room so they can respawn. Keep doing this until you have all their stats.

Don't Start What You Can't Finish

As Yunica, persevere against an unbeatable foe in the Guilty Fire.
On the 11th floor, win the fight against Kishgal as Yunica. Normally you are supposed to lose this fight but can win if you are lucky. You only have to get his HP down to half to win. You will need to be in the early to mid 20's level wise to have a decent chance. Using your Bolt Crash magic and lowering your MP usage at a Goddess Statue also helps. Just be sure to time your attacks carefully and run/jump like crazy so you don't get hit.

As Hugo, emerge victorious during your emotional encounter in the Guilty Fire.
On the 11th floor, win the fight against Toal as Hugo. Normally you are supposed to lose this fight but can win if you are lucky. You will probably have to grid a little to gain some strength.
