1st KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR HEALTH IF YOUR NEW, I forgot multiple times when I first played and ended up dying those multiple times XD
2nd If you have a bunch of junk and can't find the shopkeeper on a level just go up a level if you have found the shopkeeper on that floor.
3rd IF YOU WANT AN EASY WIN PLAY MAGE, HIS FLAME BALL ATTACK BARELY COSTS ANYTHING AND IS GOOD ENOUGH UNTIL FLOOR 6 WHERE YOU NEED 2 SHOTS TO KILL ENEMIES, but let me remind you, you can do the same regen technique for your mana with step number 8
4th As a melee class maintain your health and don't be macho because you will get hit no matter what, your going to want to buy all the shopkeepers health potions each level because the last boss becomes extremely strong via magic, or being ranged
5th Quests will level you up and give you gold but sometimes are extremely stupid with its directions so check every room with its that in the victinity like it asks for you to find a amulet in the south-west rooms so you have to search every room in the general area, YOU CAN ALSO CHEAT QUEST BOSSES WITH NUMBER 7 TOO
6th Inventory slots are kind of essential because you find gems to sell throughtout the level and you may carry several chickens and cheese thinking it will help you in the long run, the reality is just sell them for potions because they become junk as your health scales.
7th YOU CAN CHEAT BOSSES, find a teleporter and fight them with magic, range, or melee and run to the teleporter then walk back to that teleporter and you can repeat this process though for melee it will be difficult but its a way to escape right?
8th If you move up and down or left and right your health regenerates so say your in a empty room with no monster all you do is just W (forward) and S (downward) its better to just do two tiles instead or running up and down because it takes longer
