The last game I played was Age of Empires 2, as of April 1, 2024...

...and the last achievements I achieved on that same date were these:

I had 2783 achievements unlocked

[ENG] TESTING WITH BANNED GAMES
On April 1 and 2, 2024 I played Fiends of Imprisonment, an insufferable Zonitron title, and on top of that I got a few achievements...

Turns out it's banned according to Steam Hunters:

Most of the achievements are broken, and the rest... I was too lazy to unlock.

To get definitive proof I had to continue. Not content with masochism, I decided to try with Beast Blaster, also from our "beloved" Zonitron, and I unlocked another achievement (2024-04-05)...

...and like the others, it is banned:

It can be seen that after this horrifying odyssey the number of unlocked achievements remains exactly the same: 2783

In fact, Age of Empires 2 continues to appear in my profile as the last game played, as of April 1, 2024, which shows that not only achievements from banned games do not count, but neither does the time played.

El día 1 y 2 de Abril del 2024 jugué a Fiends of Imprisonment, un insufrible título de Zonitron, y encima conseguí unos cuantos logros ...

Resulta que está baneado según Steam Hunters:

La mayoría de sus logros están rotos, y el resto me daban pereza conseguirlos.

Para conseguir la prueba definitiva debía continuar. No contento con el masoquismo, decidí seguir con Beast Blaster, también de nuestro "querido" Zonitron, y también conseguí otro logro (2024-04-05)...

... y que al igual que los demás está baneado:

Se puede comprobar que después de esta horripilante odisea el número de logros desbloqueados sigue siendo exactamente el mismo: 2783

De hecho, en mi perfil sigue apareciendo como último juego jugado el Age of Empires 2, a fecha de 1 de Abril del 2024, lo cual demuestra que no solo no cuentan los logros de juegos baneados, sino que el tiempo jugado tampoco.
