When i use the uruexplorer.exe from beta patch, i get the shrinking problem, but no aim/camera problems.
How to fix both?
I think your best bet is to use the Windows virtual machine to install and patch the Windows version following this guide, then replace the files of the Mac version with the patched / updated ones. I read the Mac version was made using a Wine wrapper, so the file structure within the virtual drive C folder it creates should (hopefully) be the same.
I just checked the Offline KI link and it works fine. It uses HTTP, check if your browser is not set to only allow HTTPS.
Thank you for your input, found the problem.
You can actually install it into any folder, but to do that you have to run the installer from that folder. If you change the installation path during the installation process, the CommonFiles folder is not created for some reason.
Edited the guide to address that. :)
