Locate and remove the files

Locate and remove the files
Right click on the game in your steam library, select 'Manage', select 'Browse local files'.

Navigate to:
Steam\steamapps\common\KKFOS\Diony\Content\Movies

There are five splash intro video files in both .mp4 & .webm.

Delete all ten files and that's it!

Now when the game launches it will take you directly to the main menu.
