To enter the party, you should finish the game again after finish the Garden, which means re-enter the FOFINO room and beat the boss.

It works for me after that.

Am I the only one who can't enter the party ?

The cat near the Halloween head isn't showing for me. I also completed the full game I have all cats, reinstall the game just in case but nothing =/
