Feng Min has, in my opinion, the best perks for beginners. Most people say Meg is the best beginner survivor but I disagree. Meg's perks are more centered around looping the killer, whereas Feng's perks have a wider range. Her perks can help with aura reading, generators, and also looping.


Lithe:
Grants haste when you vault a window. Great for taking the killer to the next loop and prolonging chases. It's a more controllable version of sprint burst which I prefer because you don't have to walk around the map half of the game.


Alert:
Actually the most underrated perk in the game like wtf. Literally gives you free wall hacks to the killer with no cool down or distance cap. Activates every time the killer breaks something which happens like 50,000 times a match. Killer breaks a pallet mid chase? You have wall hacks. Killer breaks something across the map? Well now you know you can stick to the generator you're doing. Killer breaks something at the start of the game? Well now you know who the killer is 2 seconds into the game or if they're a stealth killer. Stan Alert for clear skin.


Technician:
Probably the worst of her perks but it's absolutely golden for beginners. I couldn't live without this perk for my first few games because I was still learning the timing of skill checks. It's really great for that one friend you just got into DBD and they keep blowing up the generator.

Feng is free to play on console which also makes her a great option for beginner players. Unfortunately she is not available for free on PC but she's still worth spending your shards on.

Feng Min is the smallest and tiniest survivor out of everyone. This makes her easy to hide around the map and it also gives the illusion that she is running faster than other survivors (all survivors have the same speed and hit box but it's still fun to be delusional. Kind of like a placebo effect).

She also feels much more fluid and lithe (yes, pun intended) to play with because of her smaller figure. I have played with other female survivors and I notice a huge difference in how I feel when playing other female survivors vs Feng. I find it much easier to 360 and perform other movements with her.

Feng's sounds are not too loud but not too quiet either. The only thing that's loud is her hook scream that sounds like those squeaky goose toys but even then it is somewhat bearable in comparison to other survivors (glares at Rebecca Chambers).
She has very dainty noises when she is opening chests, cleansing totems, slow vaulting etc. She also has a cute yelp when she jumps from a great height.

You can hate all you want but my baby girl has the best wardrobe out of every survivor. Her clothes cater to the gamer girls like me. Plus, she is one of the few survivors where you can buy multiple skins and they can make some awesome outfit combos. I absolutely love playing dress up with Feng!

Feng is just adorable and sweet. 9 times out of 10, if I want to get hatch or plead mercy from the killer, I get it because killers cannot resist the irresistible and cute charm of Feng Min. So if you want the killers to basically fall in love with you, play Feng Min. Bonus points if you have a cute skin.

Feng Min has one of the most relatable lores in my opinion, especially after Tome 17 really saved her story. I related to it during a time of my life where I was also going through a very similar experience (drinking and playing games all day to cope with sadness). I am in a much better place now but as gamers, some of us can probably relate a lot to her story compared to other survivors. I see myself a lot in Feng Min!

No matter which survivor you main, it is perfectly valid and we all have our reasons behind maining certain survivors. I have been a Feng main since day one of me playing this game and I've never switched up on her since. I just reached P100 on her so I made this guide to celebrate that in a way. She really means a lot to me!!
