In the settings, make sure to set the game Launch Setting to Play Offline

Start by downloading Mod Engine 2 and unpack it somewhere

Choose one of the Playstation Controller UI files (PS4 or PS5) and unpack it into the Mod Engine 2 folder as shown in the video
