Creating a game save is very simple. The only times you won't be able to save your game are during dialog (event) with a guest or staff, or during an animated scene. You would have to wait for those to end before you can save your game. You also can not save your game during the intro. Which means you will need to wait for your first guest (Karen McQueen) to successfully check out the following day.

Okay, so you have completed (or skipped) the intro, Karen has checked out, and now you want to create a save. To do that, follow these two steps.

First, let's go to the "planning" screen. This is where you see the first floor of the Manor and where your staff have been assigned to tasks for their shifts. In the upper right, click on the "hamburger" icon (as shown in the following screenshot).










From there, click on the "save" button and select any of the available save slots you wish to use (you will have 10 available slots with which to save).










That's it! That's all there is to it.
